I recently found out my spine is curved, my left hip is lower than my right one, and my joints aren't in the correct place. Seeing this video inspired me to not only get my life back together but to also start my pilates workout journey again. I was recently in a big slump and really depressed because I thought my body was failing me, but I realized it's fighting so hard to keep my intact. You should try the 75 hard challenge . I did it but it took me like 3-5 tries cause I kept forgetting to take a pic even though that’s the easiest task. I recommend the book too. With the workouts just remember, stretching and walking are workouts, you don’t always have to be lifting weights or doing something extreme. When I did this, it helped me go on walks even on days that I didn’t want to do anything and I became the most flexible cause I would stretch a lot. I might do it again cause it helped my mentality.

So true regarding taking things for granted. I always wanted to be fit and work out but I was always too lazy to do it. Years later, I now have been diagnosed with asthma and can’t work out with out using my inhaler. Either way my lungs feel on fire and I get tired super easily. 😭😭😭

Thank you for this video I feel guilty when I don’t workout for over two-three days and you made me realise it’s ok to not workout everyday and be too hard on yourself. I haven’t worked out for almost two weeks now especially since my menstrual cycle which started a couple days ago where I don’t really like working out.

as a digital marketing specialist - Test a week at a time. if you get good views on week 1 & 2 keep doing them by week! If views are just okay - do 2 weeks per vid. And increase from there. I'm sure ur audience will love the series, to put it in perspective mom vloggers literally post the same videos of themselves cleaning every week and they have very loyal audiences that grow steadily. don't think too hard about it, creating content regularly is literally an experiment - I'm sure it will be great
I think for the 75 hard you could do two videos- one after the first week and one at the end. That way you still have a progress vid and a beginning vid, but content for both? Just an ideaaaa
