    I lost my fiancé in a car accident January of 2023 so my healing and mental health journey has been a challenge I definitely have a long road ahead but I have progressed so much took up boxing lost almost 30 lbs found new hobbies and now found this amazing podcast thank you for this ❤ been binging them keep up the amazing work

    Eating healthy , working out , getting proper sleep ,waking up early , meditating and journaling .
    5 task for 75 Days.
    1.Drinking 4 litres of water a day
    2.Reading 10 pages
    3. 45 minutes workout
    4. Stick to a diet
    5. Take a progress photo every single day
    Your habits create a mood , and you mood is a filter through which you experience life.

    I recently found out my spine is curved, my left hip is lower than my right one, and my joints aren't in the correct place. Seeing this video inspired me to not only get my life back together but to also start my pilates workout journey again. I was recently in a big slump and really depressed because I thought my body was failing me, but I realized it's fighting so hard to keep my intact. I can still dance like I always have, walk, run, workout, and do so much more. Thank you for this Fernanda 💗💗💗

    You should try the 75 hard challenge . I did it but it took me like 3-5 tries cause I kept forgetting to take a pic even though that’s the easiest task. I recommend the book too. With the workouts just remember, stretching and walking are workouts, you don’t always have to be lifting weights or doing something extreme. When I did this, it helped me go on walks even on days that I didn’t want to do anything and I became the most flexible cause I would stretch a lot. I might do it again cause it helped my mentality.

    I've been lazy so much lately like i don't feel like doing anything and my mood changes like I'm always angry and sad at the same time I feel Icant do anything but as I listen to your podcast I've been slowly trying to make a task for me everyday and think for the future but I'm still down..... but not much

    I’ve adored your content this year, and am so looking forward to your videos next year 😊 things I love/would love to see: finances, maybe themed vlogs? (Crafting day, week of trying new recipes, exploring the city), maybe more crochet content (idk what that would look like though), maybe following you through a challenge (yoga, walking, reading etc)!     I've heard every single word for a 40 min straight. Literally everything you said is so true and i have that in mind and thats how the way i think, so for me this podcast is a big motivation to do and stick to what i believe in.     So true regarding taking things for granted. I always wanted to be fit and work out but I was always too lazy to do it. Years later, I now have been diagnosed with asthma and can’t work out with out using my inhaler. Either way my lungs feel on fire and I get tired super easily.

    Thank you for this video I feel guilty when I don’t workout for over two-three days and you made me realise it’s ok to not workout everyday and be too hard on yourself. I haven’t worked out for almost two weeks now especially since my menstrual cycle which started a couple days ago where I don’t really like working out.

      Just remind yourself that it actually helps out with periods especially cramps , even low impact stuff like going on a walk or yoga

    Great episode hun 💖 I've quit lifting weights at a gym and started listening to what my body wants to do (pilates at home) and love it. Sometimes resistance and lack of consistency comes because the method of working out may not be right for you.

    as a digital marketing specialist - Test a week at a time. if you get good views on week 1 & 2 keep doing them by week! If views are just okay - do 2 weeks per vid. And increase from there. I'm sure ur audience will love the series, to put it in perspective mom vloggers literally post the same videos of themselves cleaning every week and they have very loyal audiences that grow steadily. don't think too hard about it, creating content regularly is literally an experiment - I'm sure it will be great

    I think for the 75 hard you could do two videos- one after the first week and one at the end. That way you still have a progress vid and a beginning vid, but content for both? Just an ideaaaa

    drinking too much water, more than the body's requirements can result in water intoxication.
    The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine of the United States determined that an adequate daily fluid intake for men is approximately 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) and for women approximately 11.5 cups (2.7 liters). However, any recommended amount must be adjusted for a variety of factors, health conditions, and nutritional needs. That said, the general rule for water consumption is eight 8-ounce glasses of water per day.
    Hyponatremia is a condition characterized by low sodium levels, which mostly affects endurance athletes and physically active people. This is induced by consuming four liters or more water in a few hours (rather than the entire day), lowering salt levels to unsafe levels. Overhydration, if left untreated, can lead to confusion, muscle weakness, seizures, and, in the worst-case scenario, death.
