How do you create your journaling strips?

Hi! The strips I use in my video aren't really journaling strips, it's just some strips of paper I cut and put on a piece of tape to show where I will eventually put my journaling strips, so it's a template I made just for video purposes. My actual journaling I type and print on the computer onto white cardstock, and then cut apart the strips and adhere to my layout.
