The Monitor maybe only be able to bring back person every so often... THEORY They could take him to another earth that have the Lazarus Pits to resurrect him
Oliver Queen is a man who once took a sword right through the chest, immediately followed by a huge-ass tumble off a mountain. He went out like a hero, but there's no way he's dead. Not yet, anyway.
If he comes back as the Specter....that would be pretty cool. Tho, to be honest idk that much about the specter, so maybe it actually wouldn’t fit, idk.
@@jaedonlei304 That's most likely the doppelganger we saw this episode coming to save the day. They replaced real Black Canary with alternate version of herself from another earth, there's no reason they can't do that with Green Arrow.
Quit falling for it broski. You don't actually believe with all of their excellent writing that this is the last we'll be seeing of him before he really dies, do you? Especially if the rumors of him becoming Spectre are true, which is a position that usually grants you 60 years before going into the afterlife once and for good.
Oliver's not dead, breathe... there were moments in the trailer with Oliver that wasn't in this episode, they won't kill Oliver off for good that early into a 5 part story, there were rumors that Oliver dies twice so okay, one down one to go, I think the earliest Oliver will actually die (really die) is in his own show.
themarine0316 he’ll definitely be around for when Barry dies/vanishes. He has too. No one remembered Stephen filmed on the waverider for this crossover.
Sadly, Oliver's death so early make's sense. It heightens stakes for the rest of the crossover .Oliver being off of the Batwoman episode gives room for Barry and Kara to become the leaders going forward. Oliver being off The Flash episode allows Earth 16's Oliver to begin his own redemption story. Oliver will be resurrected in the Arrow episode to only die by the end of the episode.

If you go to Stephen Amell’s insta, on the 22nd of October he posted a video where he’s laying in a what looks to be a hospital bed in what I think is either Star Labs or the Legends ship. This is during Crisis so my theory is that if it is Earth-1 Oliver and not an Oliver from another earth then he is probably not dead at the end of the first episode of crisis. He’s still alive but barely and he’ll likely sit out most if not all of tomorrow’s episode. We’ll still see him he just won’t fight. Idk. I hope I’m right because Chainsaw is right. When Oliver dies at least all of team Arrow needs to be there and they have to make it like this huge scene with sad music and everything. The arrowverse producers said in an interview tonight that since they kinda gave away that oliver was gonna die in the crossover, they thought what if the twist was on his death was the timing of when it happened so that by killing him off first hour in rather than the arrow section of the crossover, it shows that nobody is safe in Crisis
Sagacious Sam I think it’s a major misdirect. Make us think he’s out of the fight early on, only to bring I’m in at a key moment for his true sacrifice.
my theory is yes indeed Earth 1 Oliver is dead, but they will recruit earth 16 Oliver for the rest of the crossover and the final few Arrow episodes will feature him getting to live the heroic life he wasn't able to, ultimately earth 16 Arrow will retire and pass the mantle to Oliver's daughter which leads to her upcoming show Green Arrow and the Canaries. People assumed Oliver wouldn't die in Crisis because there are still two episodes of Arrow after the crossover but in this episode he passed the mantle of Green Arrow to his daughter when he gave her the Green Arrow suit, it's like Old Man Bruce passing the Mantle of Batman to Terry
Of course they have to ask for Lena's help, she had saved the wolrd before and she is literally a big genius, Monitor asked for Lex's help.... LEX!! the biggest super's villian, Lena's ""villainy"" isn't even a baby compared with his villainy, besides, nobody left in this crisis, Lena saved 3 bilions of people, not bad for a "villian"
i genuinely dont think hes dead- monitor said he didnt see him die like this it felt too soon and rushed and stephen posted a video filming the crossover like a month ago and he was in the waverider hooked to ivs. mannnn
Diggle and the rest of the team were probably not back from Lian Yu yet seeing Harbinger just took Oliver and Mia, and they showed the Oliver Mia scene again for the stupid people who don't watch ARROW
great start to the crossover great moments little cameos that we got so far emotional moments and a emotional death with Oliver Queen I had a feeling he would die but again I wasn’t expecting him to die this early in crisis.on twitter I didn’t say rip to arrow just yet because it seemed to early for Oliver to die but again wasn’t expecting it so we will seen
I feel like Oliver is going to somehow return when there seems to be no hope and then he kind of rallies the troops and turns the fight around. Because if that is how he dies dies, the writers didn't do Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen justice.
i don't believe he's dead i refuse to believe he's dead i think they're gonna find a way to change it or bring a younger version of oliver in but they can't be that stupid to kill oliver off in the first episode if they are hey cw turn on your location i just wanna talk
that's what i was thinking or a version of oliver from the past but it still won't be our oliver if they down that route it needs to be current day oliver or better yet maybe have earth 2 adrian chase as the green arrow? (i want that to happen)
Oliver isn’t dead. The synopsis for pt3 says he’s alive. Love that titans are officially in arrow verse & robin from 60’s batwoman & the nod to 1989 Batman
Lex is alive, but seemingly only in "Monitor world". In a sense, I feel like he is still technically dead, but not really. We may see a similar thing here. In the intro to the Arrow, he always said "I must become something else". Well, there you go. He will be back, but he will have become "something else" (I mean, where was Felicity going at the end of season 7?).
To save everyone. Otherwise all universes, all the people you love, will perish." This seems to suggest that, rather than being just an early casualty of the Crisis, Oliver is to become The Spectre and have a crucial part to play in the final battle over the final two episodes
I wonder how long Oliver will be dead. Out of curiosity I went back and watched all the Crisis trailers and was surprised to find that all the footage featuring Oliver was from this episode. That's not true for the other characters. This leads me to believe Oliver will be absent for a good portion of the Crisis.
After barely already surviving one world ending disaster Argo should have had an evacuation plans in place. Last we saw at the end of season 3 they had a working Transmat portal, they could have got enough from Earth to build ships yet they only had one escape pod big enough for an infant. They need to do more than trade for Harun-El in season 3.
I am not gonna scroll back to all the past comments but am I the only one who saw the actor who played Arthur in the Tick as a trivia show host in Earth-1? Lol.
A reminder to all fans of DC, especially the animated series. In the animated series called Justice League, Batman, who had been seen in Batman Beyond at a much older age, was shown to have died during the Invasion of Earth in the first episodes of the series, defying all logic and breaking the hearts of everyone watching. Only later was it revealed that he had survived, shielded and hidden from the enemy, who also assumed his death, so that he could act freely from then on, being the means by which the invasion was defeated. Death, even when it is shown, does not mean its the end. He will likely be back when he is needed most.
They have Superman, supergirl and the flash in the death scene but no one was like "Let's get him to the hospital?!?!!!?!?!" I was like "what is wrong with you?!?!?!?! He's still able to talk, he needs a nurse!!!!!!"
So.. POSSIBLE SPOILER with Tom Ellis (from Lucifer) spotted on set a few months back. He just said he was in Vancouver for a friend's birthday but what if... Constantine takes Mia and Diggle (the three characters he was spotted with) to meet with Lucifer to make an agreement to get Oliver back.
Oliver hasn't had his last stand yet. He gotta get his ass back into the fight, because the only way he dies is shooting an arrow through the Anti-Monitor's eye. Besides there were shots in the trailers of Oliver, that weren't in this episode, so he's not dead, he just took some bad hits.
4 episodes left of Crisis and 2 episodes left of Arrow afterwards, so not really worried about Oliver's death. It will be reversed somehow! Great start!
I have no idea what they're planning but they're planning something. No way they're killing Oliver off this early when his episode doesn't even air til January.
Given how much it's been stressed that Oliver is a key player in Crisis, I HIGHLY doubt that he'll let him die now. He even said "this is not the death I foresaw", so he surely saw him die at a later time during a bigger battle where likely all of the Arrowverse was assembled against the Anti-Monitor, in a way that they would win., so my guess is even if it costs him "tipping the cosmic scales" once more, he'll resurrect Oliver.
Okay...now I get why Team Flash doesn't find out about Earth-2 until either tomorrow or Tuesday. Man that's crazy right there. I can only imagine the look on their faces when they find out that everybody on Earth-2 is supposedly dead...
I think I know how Oliver will return. In the trailers we can see Oliver and Mia on lian yu, but Oliver is wearing the exact same clothes he wore in season 1. So my guess is that he will come back the same way yao fei did.
So Oliver is defined coming back, and since he only died of his physical injuries and not anti matter or something like that, they will get Constantine or someone to bring him back Until the arrow episode where he will probably die or go to earth prime (my theory for where felicity went with the monitor)
They might bring in Earth-16 2046 Oliver to help in Earth-1's place. EDIT: Also, Team Arrow would be busy trying to keep order in Star City. Also, Diggle was given a task by Oliver: track down Felicity and make sure Mia and William know each other.
I hate to undercut the loss of Oliver but... we already know that the series finale of Arrow is two whole episodes after Crisis so I think somehow they will bring him back. My crazy theory still stands that Oliver by the time the series is done isn't actually dead.
I have a couple of gripes with the episode besides Oliver going out, for now at least! 1. They focused a lot on the characters in Supergirl. Not to mention a little bit of Superman getting undermined! 2. Going back to Star City 2046 felt very unnecessary and kinda tacked on. Baby Kent could've landed anywhere else instead! 3. Both Flash and Arrow have been leading up to Crisis, but parts of this episode still felt like preperation for Crisis? What was that whole thing with reusing footage from Arrow? These aren't major issues, but you kinda have certain standards for crossovers, especially from the most significant and biggest one!
Ollie isn’t dead. You have to listen to what Ollie is saying throughout the episode. He said the most important thing earlier in the episode and there is spoiler for the next crisis episodes; while he’s individually talking to the monitor: Ollie says: “Tell me why you are doing this?” The Monitor says he can’t, but then Parana says he’s the reason why all this happened is the answer to that why, Oliver asked earlier. While Oliver is dying, so now he knows the answer. So either flash, goes back in time and tells him why and how the got there, and then The Flash/Barry gives him a Peptalk and says: “Ollie I saw you die. Sarah saw your die. Mia, your daughter saw you even die in front of her. My mom died in-front of me. Your sacrifice, makes you a hero. This also makes you selfless: you could of told me that you were sacrificing yourself for all of us. We had love ones, do that for us: our parents, our friends. We are team. We’ve all known, what that’s like. Now let’s show this Anti-Monitor, that the lives hurt and taken, but never forgotten, comes with karma.” 😉
So here is my whole explanation for the whole Earth (16) Oliver not recognizing Sara. The way I see it is that Earth (16) being where the Legends traveled to Sara actually got it wrong. She must of thought it was because it was Star City in the year 2046 it was the same. But when baby Jon traveled through wormhole it was a temporal wormhole so thats why he landed in the year 2046. Yes, they did in fact go to Star City in the year 2046 but it was Earth (1) future not Earth (16). Both earths appear to have a somewhat parallel events happen but on Earth (16) Sara didn't return from the gambit. Sara appears to have died on that Earth (16) so that's why Oliver of Earth (16) was surprised to see her and didn't know Sara of Earth (1). They had never meet in the first place. Her whole intertaction with future Oliver was Earth (1) Oliver. *of course that future completely changed already so... Hope I wrote that write and explained it well. Anyway thats my thought could be totally wrong there.😶
FINALLY!!! Enjoy!!! This took forever to edit!
Chainsaw Reacts thank you 🙏🏻

People assumed Oliver wouldn't die in Crisis because there are still two episodes of Arrow after the crossover but in this episode he passed the mantle of Green Arrow to his daughter when he gave her the Green Arrow suit, it's like Old Man Bruce passing the Mantle of Batman to Terry
@@brandoman79 Honestly, it'd be pretty lame if they did that because I don't think Arrow viewers would care enough about another version of Oliver.
I like how Oliver when recreating the universe looked back at this moment 3:30 and made Clark's dream real.
i genuinely dont think hes dead- monitor said he didnt see him die like this
it felt too soon and rushed
and stephen posted a video filming the crossover like a month ago and he was in the waverider hooked to ivs.
mannnn
The ending !! Kara and Barry in tears broke my heart
Diggle and the rest of the team were probably not back from Lian Yu yet seeing Harbinger just took Oliver and Mia,
and they showed the Oliver Mia scene again for the stupid people who don't watch ARROW
Anyone notice Barry's lightning has become red (or redder than usual)?
I'll bet that has to do with antimatter in the speedforce.
Nah I don't think he is really dead it way to soon for the man that started the Arrowverse to get killed off like that
I had the same reaction brother. An end of an era.
RIP Oliver Queen
great start to the crossover great moments little cameos that we got so far emotional moments and a emotional death with Oliver Queen I had a feeling he would die but again I wasn’t expecting him to die this early in crisis.on twitter I didn’t say rip to arrow just yet because it seemed to early for Oliver to die but again wasn’t expecting it so we will seen
So is titans season 3 cancelled with them dead in crisis will they explain it ever??
I mean I guess they could technically be Titans from another earth and not the same Titans that people watch on the DCU.
I feel like Oliver is going to somehow return when there seems to be no hope and then he kind of rallies the troops and turns the fight around. Because if that is how he dies dies, the writers didn't do Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen justice.
I love how even Ghost was invested in it. :)
i don't believe he's dead i refuse to believe he's dead i think they're gonna find a way to change it or bring a younger version of oliver in but they can't be that stupid to kill oliver off in the first episode if they are hey cw turn on your location i just wanna talk
Yeah maybe or the Oliver from 2043 is going to take over from when Oliver died or they just bring him back somehow
I mean 2046
that's what i was thinking or a version of oliver from the past but it still won't be our oliver if they down that route it needs to be current day oliver or better yet maybe have earth 2 adrian chase as the green arrow? (i want that to happen)
@@silasargent8266 Chase died on Earth 2.
Dan's Gaming I know that I was just hoping for any version of Adrian
Oliver isn’t dead. The synopsis for pt3 says he’s alive. Love that titans are officially in arrow verse & robin from 60’s batwoman & the nod to 1989 Batman
Lex is alive, but seemingly only in "Monitor world". In a sense, I feel like he is still technically dead, but not really. We may see a similar thing here. In the intro to the Arrow, he always said "I must become something else". Well, there you go. He will be back, but he will have become "something else" (I mean, where was Felicity going at the end of season 7?).
I didn't see oliver death to come so fast that definitely caught me off guard am excited to see kevin conroy crises appearance tonight
To save everyone. Otherwise all universes, all the people you love, will perish." This seems to suggest that, rather than being just an early casualty of the Crisis, Oliver is to become The Spectre and have a crucial part to play in the final battle over the final two episodes
I completely agree with you about Oliver's death
Oliver Queen you have saved this city!
I cried a lot after the episode. I didn’t want him to go so soon. Damn episode 1.
I haven’t watched any of these shows in years, just watching for the cameos.
They have Superman, supergirl and the flash in the death scene but no one was like "Let's get him to the hospital?!?!!!?!?!"
I was like "what is wrong with you?!?!?!?! He's still able to talk, he needs a nurse!!!!!!"
So.. POSSIBLE SPOILER with Tom Ellis (from Lucifer) spotted on set a few months back. He just said he was in Vancouver for a friend's birthday but what if...
Constantine takes Mia and Diggle (the three characters he was spotted with) to meet with Lucifer to make an agreement to get Oliver back.
if he is really dead they gave him such a terrible send off
Will Wheaton from Star Trek played the doomsday alarmist that Kara saved at the beginning.
This can’t be how Oliver dies. So anticlimactic and he can’t just die in the first episode!!
Earths 2, 89 { Alexander Knox }, 9 { Titans }, X { The Ray }, 66 { Dick Grayson }, Argo { Alura }, and 38 have all been destroyed now.
If you read the synopsis for episode 3. In the synopsis it mentions oliver and diggle are referenced in it.
4 episodes left of Crisis and 2 episodes left of Arrow afterwards, so not really worried about Oliver's death. It will be reversed somehow! Great start!
Theory as to how Oliver survives: what if he made a time remnant during Elseworlds that survived
Can we bring up an important point? Kryptonians still haven't learned to build more than one rocket.
I love all your reaction uploads, your reactions are just amazing
HERE. WE. GO! Lets see what you got!
Okay...now I get why Team Flash doesn't find out about Earth-2 until either tomorrow or Tuesday. Man that's crazy right there. I can only imagine the look on their faces when they find out that everybody on Earth-2 is supposedly dead...
That was wil Wheaton from Star Trek TNG at start
The repeated Oliver/Mia scene is for those who don't watch Arrow and it also bookends his "death" and farewell to Mia scene.
I think I know how Oliver will return. In the trailers we can see Oliver and Mia on lian yu, but Oliver is wearing the exact same clothes he wore in season 1. So my guess is that he will come back the same way yao fei did.
So Oliver is defined coming back, and since he only died of his physical injuries and not anti matter or something like that, they will get Constantine or someone to bring him back
Until the arrow episode where he will probably die or go to earth prime (my theory for where felicity went with the monitor)
They might bring in Earth-16 2046 Oliver to help in Earth-1's place.
EDIT: Also, Team Arrow would be busy trying to keep order in Star City. Also, Diggle was given a task by Oliver: track down Felicity and make sure Mia and William know each other.
WHERE WAS DIGGLE, DINAH, RENE, WILLIAM, LAUREL, THEA, AND ROY? WHEN HE DIED?!
I love that Kate didn't know about the multiverse until now
I hate to undercut the loss of Oliver but... we already know that the series finale of Arrow is two whole episodes after Crisis so I think somehow they will bring him back. My crazy theory still stands that Oliver by the time the series is done isn't actually dead.
They're definitely going to get a different Oliver for the rest of the crossover
Olivers still alive :v
Spectacular episode aside from the ending. OLIVER WILL RETURN!
