The abner vs joab story is one that needs a lot of study to their motives. Abner wasn't the son of David, but was working for King Saul. However, Abner came to make an uneasy treaty with David. Joab, for his personal reasons didn't want Abner around. But decided to kill Abner. And did this during a time of peace, and from my understanding, was a man not to be trusted. King David wanted to make it publicly known that he was not involved in the death of Abner in any way.

Christianity has strayed from what it should be. One of the reasons is simply because paganism was introduced into the church. I honestly don't seek religion but I do seek relationship with the 3 most high. I just want everyone to be careful to not get caught up in the tradition of man and really rely on God's instructions.
