sir, you told that when have,has,had been working as action verb no main verb will come after have,has,had been if it comes add ing form to main verb then it will work as helping verb. "I have been informed" in this sentence main verb came after have been so please clarify.
I have been informed = is in Passive form
Somebody has informed me = Active form
