I could do these excersises in quite a confidence but with not much of endurance or extreme speed, after almost a year of training in fencing. These are top level excersises, the training videotape is 45 minutes long, starting from early level, beginners training and warming excersises, until it reaches the top level, most demanding ones. If you train at least three times a week (I trained three times a week for two hours each and sometimes I trained five times a week for two hours each) you can reach this level of balance and muscle strength quickly.

Everyone in the comments talking about knees? It's Cossacks, bunny hops and lunges mostly. It's only a problem if you've already let your knee strength degrade.
This is a crazy work out for fencing. I bet you have to be super fit for this, I would love to add this into my routines.
