I like the sticker for the eeek “Breathe in Breathe out.” I am encouraged by you not having it all together, like me, yet you can also accomplish so much. Question: How do you use the 21 dots at the boot on right page? Have a wonderful day.❤ Ivan appreciate”Leave a little sparkle.” It reminds me to try to make a difference in the life of others.
Good morning! Yes..I definitely do NOT have it all together and I am learning to be OK with that and trying to show myself grace when I don’t. At the bottom with the dots…each row represents a day of the week (Monday, Tuesday etc.) I check each one when I do it that day. Record blood pressure…check. Did I drink at least 40 ounces of water…check. Did I write in my gratitude journal that day…check. And so forth. At the end of the day, I will go back and look (if I remember…LOL!) and if there is no check mark, I will go ahead and do it. I work from home, so this is a good reminder for me. Thanks so much for the question. I hope I explained it alright! And thank you for the compliments. Have a wonderful morning ❤️💕
