In the Comics, if the person whom is turned to dust due to the Infinity Stone, they go to the Soul Dimension, so if they use that in the MCU... they can get the heroes whom were turned to dust. Or unless they can get Captain Marvel, and the Time stone back to reverse time and go stop Thanos before he snapped his fingers. So but... the chances of Loki Coming back... are insanely low.

I'm getting my niece into this fandom by marathoning all the MCU movies this week. Y’all forgetting that Dr.Strange probably already seen this happening when he was seeing the future and he knew Starlord was going to be upset, but like he said before he became dust he said “this was the only way”, meaning this was the one possible future where the avengers beat Thanos. Thanos had to get all the stones and basically wipe the universe out in order for the avengers to win in the end, it’s the only possible way strange seen them winning.
