The damage on ultimate using golden staff is around 2000 more than crit build....and while using claude...you will be the primary target of the enemy....so you need to take on multiple enemies at the same time....which is why your ultimate damage needs to be more

Critical are good for creep because the damage on basic hit is very high, attack speed have has high damage at basic hit and ultimate.
