Next time you put on bike grips, cheap hair spray also good if regripping golf clubs. Wet it acts like a lubricant but when it dries its like glue. Also aircompressor with a needle attachment inserted into the hole of the grip and blocking of the other end of the bar works wonders. Thats how we did it when I was a bike tech.
This perfect! When I was down there on a guide with you I needed a smaller cart. Got a foldable two wheel dolly on your recommendation. It has worked pretty good but this one with the sand spikes is the ticket. Getting my current sand spikes to the beach is the issue!

Currently I use an off the shelf beach dolly with balloon style tires, that has worked great for a few years, but not tailored to fishing. I'm using all Ninja Dagger rods and so your explanation of the rod holder was helpful, and I typically use a four-rod spread. I live in a coastal cottage so always concerned about storage space, and so I am thinking that this beach dolly cart could be the solution. I know that this is a custom build, and expect it will be a little expensive, but could you please let me know what price range to expect. Thanks again for all of your awesome videos, and any info you can give on pricing of this cart.
