Try changing pulse measure from 1 minute to higher. I think green light is because your band is measuring pulse.

Is it on this new , Band 5, can view ( on weather section ) temperature in every moment od the day or view only for example from 5-15 deegre on day ?
On my Band 4 work sometimes properly, sometimes not, exatly temp during the day, and now, on my new Band 5, it is same problem, only bring me for example from 4-16 deegre.
Where I am wrong, what must I go to change in set up to work properly ?
Only I want is , when I tap on the MiBand dišlay to see temperature just now, not only forecast for next 7 days.
Is it possiblle ?

People are comparing Haylou Solar LS05 with mi band 5 for some reasons. They keep saying they are same in terms of function, buy LS05 if you like fitness watch more than fitness band. so i bought LS05. but man did i make huge mistake listening to them. Apart from it being a band mi band 5 is superior to LS05 in every aspect; sensor accuracy, fitness app, huge variety of options to choose from.

How to reset the background to default
Hi, thanks for such a comprehensive video. I'm struggling to turn off the green flashing light at the back of my band. I want to turn it off completely, unless I voluntarily do a heart rate monitor. But it somehow always automatically flashes in some intervals. I've turned off Heart Rate Monitoring from the Mi Fit App. This is driving me crazy. Any help will be appreciated.
Go to the band settings -> heart rate monitoring -> monitoring method and choose the option which says turn off. Then it won't automatically detect heart rate and only manually it works

@@mantamoc if you turn on some workout mode then it may automatically switch on. By turning off heart rate monitor the light should stop blinking
Amy automatic monitoring i.e. sleep/stress/... monitoring will switch the green light on. Deactivate everything automatic monitoring.

My band's camera shutter does nothing but change the phone's camera zoom settings. Which means that it is interacting with the phone but just not taking pics. Also, whenever I need to sync it to the Mi Fit app, I have to reboot the band each time otherwise it won't connect. I'm facing these issues with my Redmi Note 4.
There's a setting for this on the phone camera setting.
Your band may be 'pressing' the volume button on your phone to activate the shutter, which takes a photo on most phones. There should be a setting on your phone camera to change what the volume button does.

I have a mi band 5
One important thing nobody seems to mention is the useless step counter (more a "feature" of the Health app). I just got up and had my coffe and I'm already at almost 500 steps. The software combines phone and band steps and then some. It's a known issue, Huawei/Honor don't care. I'm returning the band. Not worth even the 40ish Eur I paid.

My own review
After one week i wrote this review
Battery power:
Battery power is too good. After 7 days 39% remaining in my band.
Display:
Display is small. Edge is not covered display my disappointment is i expect totally watch face as display but 0.96 inch is only display.
Watch faces:
Pre loaded watch faces is average. I try to third party app that app is wonderful i get more watch faces
Tracking
1. Step track is very disappointed. Mi brand is not worth for this option. I try my step tracking but this band calculate in my bike riding this is huge mistake
2. I try walking. Result is accurate i try manually 100 steps after see my band show 99 steps
3. Heart rate monitoring is too good
4. Running is awesome i try 1 km in ground its nice experience
5. Sleep tracking is awesome. Data is stored in our mi fit app
Pros:
1. Worth product
2. More watch faces
3. Call, sms, third party app alerts, alarm best
Cons:
1. Step tracking disappointed. Mi cheat in step tracking. I expect to calculate my steps only but band ia calculate my bike riding in steps count
2. price is huge i expect 1500 rs
But this band is 1999 rs in amazon
