It is but it's a better idea to use a mixed set so you dont depend entirely on draw stance. The CD's are 30 secs for Storm Cleave and Draw so if you get stuck w/o either one... Tough luck. Plus, fully invested wind doesn't do too badly either, it's just more commonly used for insane amount of mobs and not a boss.
mainly skill windfocus into multislash, anklebiter on fissure for focusreg(unless you need it for a boss like in this video) and dual strike on resist or pull, depends on the dungeon aswell Edit: Forgot to mention you need points into F typhoon so you can use sunder faster and so it does more damage
I always admired you for your pvp skills. But the pve part isn't as great. A little tipp would be that you show your soulshild/stats and hover overyour equipment. people are always interested in knowing how much ap/critchance/critdmg they need for those dungeons

May i ask why you use the hm technique for sunder? What does it actually do? Is it even worth it?
