I'm gonna share some tips and tricks on dressing vintage while trying on all my wonderful finds for you and showing you how to style them into outdits for an authentic 1960s & 1970s style look!🌟

What I love about worn in or worn out clothes, is to imagine the people who wore it before me! Did they go on a date in it? Did she dance in her groovy dorm room in it? Did he wear these gloves when he first held his boyfriend’s hand? We’ll never know, but I love to picture it :)
Are we the same person? Because I do THE EXACT SAME THING!💛 I love to imagine how important and loved my clothing items were by others before. Especilly handmade pieces always make me curios if someone saw a dress in a magazine or sketched it by themself and then sew it because they couldn't afford the original one? Thats a story I hear so often by people who were young in the 60s & 70s and I can't help but wonder how much these pieces must have seen and how much they were loved. I feel like that's why my clothes are so important to me because I feel like I need to honor whoever made and wore them before me!💛
