I have written emails to jurisdictional assessing officer (JAO) of their residential status and no response from him. How do I escalate further income TAX department as grievances also have no forum of addressal and escalation. for inoperative PAN. OCI holder cannot apply for Aadhar card as Government of India notification and need to stay more than 181 days in India.
As per Aadhaar laws, not only his/her physical presence also has to prove that applicant has stayed in India for more than 181 days. For PIO linking of PAN with Aadhaar not required. This is after visiting PAN and Aadhaar offices. I would appreciate, if someone with Real experience can comment
