We are introducing a game changer in puree & pulp production - Destoning pulping machine DESTONE. Machine is designed to smoothly produce pulp and puree from different berries, fruits and vegetables.
Pulping destoning machine is the perfect choice for stone fruits (i.e. mangoes, peaches, etc.), different berries and vegetables (i.e. tomatoes). Machine separates pulp from stone, skin and seeds, and produces clean pulp & juice.
Pulping machine can be used separately or integrated into a fruit processing line. To reach even better quality and thinner puree, double destoning process can be done with different sieve.
Available outputs: 500 L/h, 1000 L/h, 2000 L/h
⚙️ Machine is suitable to process blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, strawberries, plums, apricots, peaches, mangoes, pomegranates, passion fruits, etc.
⚙️ Machine functions automatically.
⚙️ For further processing and thinner puree, the pulping process can be repeated with another sieve. Alternatively, destoned fruits can be further loaded into pneumatic press, loaded into the belt press or rotational filter.
