I can't wait to try out all the different combinations of ingredients and see what delicious creations we can come up with! We'll have to have a recipe exchange and share our favorite sandwich ideas. This sandwich maker is definitely going to be a game-changer in the camp kitchen.
There is something about a "sandwich press" that creates a symbiotic relationship with ANYTHING that's put inside it! 👊😋 Hope you're doing will my friend...nice review!!!
We have several cast iron "Hot Sandwich Makers." Ours have longer handles, and we use them in a campfire. You definitely wouldn't want to use that one in a fire, because it's aluminum and it will crack/melt. Ask me how I know... If you're using a camp stove though, this would be perfect. I like using them for breakfast sandwiches; sausage, egg, and pepper jack cheese.
@@mountainsintomemories agreed! Guess what! That’s exactly how I used it this last weekend! I had all these fancy recipes planned and ended up using this for all of them lol adding that sandwich to the list for next time!

@@TentandLantern that’s all I used for the past 3 days! Did a pizza recipe, tuna melt, and veggie cheese combo. All delicious.

Amazing. Ham as well if you enjoy it.
I'm new here, instantly subscribe because sandwich makers are amazing.
😂 I will have to agree. I’m in the field using it now. Made little quesadillas in it and they turned out great!

We have one of these but it has a crazy long handle and is a pain to pack for camping. I liked how compact this one was.
@@hikingoutdoorfamily very compact. Still produces the same deliciousness 😉
Bet it wasn't as good as the p.bread we had on billigans island😅
@@dayhikedave nothing will ever match that 😂. mmmm mmmm!
