Greetings to ALL, I saw this Channel 2 days ago maybe, 3 days ago, however, when I returned the Channel cannot be found, ANYWAY, In Nigeria, I ONLY investing where the Federal Government approved, it's, a lot of RISK, FOR me, investing anywhere in Nigeria, because, SUDDENLY, the Governments can give a few hours, two days, 7 days has they done with Landmark, So, wise when making an investment, "THIS young woman said, "DO NOT BUILD YOUR PROPERTY ON SOMEONE ELSE LAND." Nigerians are force to leave their home, WHAT about a Black Foreigner investor. Again, I will invest where the Federal government have a task in it Period. May be, I will probably, buy a land, where I can make roast Lamb, Buffaloes, etc.

1) The different types of documentation involved in real estate transactions
2) Common scams, how they work, and how they can be avoided
3) The additional costs to buying a home such as legal fees, agent fees etc and how much on average they should cost

Ghana owes the IMF, China, World Bank, and Nigeria money and just took a loan for 2 billion from South Korea. With all the money they have, they only have a small city to claim they are developed. Wait till they have to restructure their economy to pay it back.
Ghana has problems too as much as Nigeria does; this is not an emotional conversation, investors are looking for where to put their money and get stable returns; the dollar market, ease of investing and demand are key issues; despite all of Nigeria’s short and long term problems people are still investing as well. Factor into it diasporans. Even Nigerians are investing in Ghana because of how easy it is. Some of my clients have. I didn’t think she disrespected Nigeria in anyway. Our love hate relationship with Ghana is a different conversation

You should be ashamed of yourself, as Nigerian. Invest in Ghana? A country that hate Nigeria? You should go and have your head re-examined. I live in the US and I'm an investor, big time. None of my money will ever go to support hate mongers like Ghanaians. The things Ghanaians say about Nigeria is nothing less than evil. My money can not support evil minded country.
Moreover, You can not trust Ghanaians. I have had many so many unpleasant encounters with them here in the US, until I figured out and realized their diabolic mindset against Nigeria. They are raised to betray and sabotage the name, and everything Nigeria. Their mission is to destroy the name Nigeria, to whoever would listen to them. I personally do not encourage a well meaning Nigerian to invest in Ghana. They are not our friends.
@@ownahometv Tanzania is a way better investment than Ghana, and Lagos is not the only place to invest in Nigeria but I will let you believe Ghana will give you back your investment plus more. Ghana is in debt to half of the world and Ghana has no industry to pay it back. You will see the pain when it's time to collect. Nigerians are the only ones investing in Ghana so I understand the importance. Ghana is number one in gold mining but gives all of it to the AUE for free. Chinese are doing what they want to their land. The only Nigerians that are there are Bankers and Yahoo boys. These are facts, not emotions.
