I literally just cooked my partner lam shanks on Sunday….he had them in the freezer for months…got them out Friday night and defrosted in the fridge…cooked in the slow cooker for 8 hours with pasata, beef stock, onion, garlic, sage, rosemary and thyme and a bay leaf…served on a bed of creamy mash…he devoured it like an animal after his kill lol…l heated the left over sauce in another pot and added a can of lentils and it really thickened up then added some spiral pasta…a few extra meals for during the week… thanks for another great video ❤
Love the vegetables! Mashed potatoes, yummy. Not a lamb lover,like slow cooked beef with mushroom and unions. Nice gravy! Good that Kenny is feeling better! Can't wait for christmas too🎉Poor doggies, whe have a long hot summer. Those fleas survive! Nothing you can do, just walking your dogs.
7quid for two?????? I nearly fainted! That's so cheap! I mean have you seen the price of those little lamb cutlets? Hardly any meat on them. But yeah that's super cheap.
