@4:27 I picture Her's elegantly fading into a void at this part, and the vocalization Stephen makes combined with the instrumentation is their final communication, but it's not clear what they're trying to convey. Could be a cry of hope, sadness, consolation, or closure. To us, It's simply a mysterious and ethereal sound with seemingly divine origins, like OM or Vedic Chants, and therefore its meaning will be ambiguous for eternity. RIP Her's
