TARTA DE FRUTILLA Y CREMA CHANTILLY

hola mis dulcesitos! hoy haremos una exquisita tarta de frutilla y crema. Te va a encantar!
Ingredientes:
MASA:
200grs de harina leudante (1 tazas y 1/4)
60grs (1/3 taza de azúcar)
100grs de manteca
1 cdita de esencia de vainilla
1 huevo
RELLENO:
200 grs frutillas (1 taza + 3 frutillas)
300cc de crema de leche(1 taza +1/3)
80grs de azúcar (1/2 de taza aprox. ó 4 cdas )
1 sobre de gelatina de frutilla
(1taza ( 250cc )de agüa caliente
1 taza (250cc) de agüa fría
