Another great video. Any chance of a video for cherry bakewell in the future?
There is a raspberry bakwell coming very soon. Best, Rik
@BackyardChef brilliant. I have the stuff to make the not a cheese cake over the weekend, and also i used your inspiration to make some cheese, bean and sausage bakes 2 weeks ago and i have to make them again this weekend (by order of the children).
Apricot is my all-time favourite jam. I haven't made jam before. You encourage and give confidence when you cook or bake, which
I haven't seen any other chef do. I'm planning an afternoon tea for a few friends, and rest assured, I'll be using your recipes. I'll let you know how it goes. Thank you so very much for taking the time to share all your wonderful memories x
Liz, you can do it! Go for it, and let me know how you get on. Thank you. Best, Rik
This looks like a delicious jam. I am not a jam maker nor am I a canner. I am not that sophistocated as a cook. But I loved watching this.
Its is a nice Jam not too complicated to make. I had to make some I need it to go on my Christmas cake when Ice it. Best, Rik
Nice one Rik, you keep reminding me of all the things I can't get here in Taiwan 😂
