I have some feedback for this one! Feels like the definition of "hate" becomes a bit obscure - You appear to have used it in multiple different meanings, describing it alternately as an emotion, and as a response to the emotion of anger? Confused me a bit. I feel like it's relevant, since *our* respose should be different, depending on whether someone is hateful towards us, or (possibly justifiably) angry. Maybe we need more words to properly address the topic, I don't know, but I think it's a valuable distinction to make. Once we've chosen to disregard that which is "hateful," I believe we have to be careful not to put things in that category, which don't belong there.
I would add, that my personal distinction between hate and anger, is that anger is transient & usually provoked by an outside event, whereas pure hatred is something welling up from inside, and growing slowly over time, ever-present like a personality trait. Not sure any dictionaries agree with me, but that's how I've been using the words.
Good job with the audio. Very calming
Yes, hatred can destroy us and the world. Intolerance in behaviour creates hatred that leads to fury and cruelty.
Peace, blessing and love Vedant
