Food security requires that we install our floating greehouses as soon as possible in those flooded lands so the can come back to productivity far more quickly, in restoration of our citizen and militsry food supplies as weĺl as for the herds being taken in .
It's only temporary for now in the flooded areas.. re construction of the lower side levies will be more structurally sound and the recuclying and non potable water filtrations will be more considered and implimented.
The Filtration facilites compromised in those flooded towns and a are alresdy not effective and the sewage is liquid filled and in the pipes and people will not longer be there adding to the waste is the water, those sewage tresment plants will be moved to the down flow side of the flood areas and set to their tasks and purposes there.
Septic tank cleeanining bacteria will be added to the flood water aras by air drop as well as to the water being filterd and re discharged ao the greater aire can be filtered naturally and more effectively..
Power and rail lines will be pulled out as all of them have to be replaced and their bases have been compromised and are unsafe for many months afterwards due to the soggy mud to the sides and possibly underneath , miltary transport nor heavy rail car loads and civilian lives cannot be risked to the well known problem and the vibrstory sinkinging caused by the trian tradfick in those post flood conditions..
The power poles and transformers and those compactions and locations of shifting under drain and sewer main and sanitay sewer lines floatstion breaks and cracks make the power infrastructure nessesary replacements to be more so factually assessed and properly and more efficiently re set.... the people and military of the area are alresdy be moved out to new locations and will not need them, nor will they need them replaced into defective engeneering that causes repeated unstable and wasteful furure apparent weaknesses forced into the shyt mud and changed under soil shifting sands and muds.. governement cost overhead reductions... so. Pull all of it and if it is going to be put back in, put it back fcking properly .. until then, the recyling and reconstitution of those materials will happen when pulled...
Turn the driveways on the edge and set them the down side of the levies so the water is pushing against a more solid fcace and heavy bags the low side of those temporary cauffer wall faces and dain pipe liines to aide the suction drdge replacement and compaction of the levies from the middle out to the edges where the water weight pressure is lower. Suck it up and clean it and bag it and tamp it down... and drain pipe the center so the water does not want to escape through.. .. you know how to do it.. oxygenate the water and high UV it so the bacterial blooms are lower and mucb leaking sewage is trested snd many chemicals broken down..
Herds and fisheries and wildlife agents must be on point and taking in herds wild and family owned herds so they are not poached or rustled by criminal looters trying to gather meat for gangs .

I wrote Noem twice with no response when I lived in SD and noticed the awful increase in chemtrails in September of 2022. I knew at that time that the beautiful SD weather would come to an end. She is not interested in the safety or well being of the people in her state due to the CREATED climate change taking place in her state due to chemtrails. I moved out of that dump and to Tennessee where they banned chemtrails and weather manipulation starting in July of 2024.
