What Mal not understanding, when they come in these low income neighborhoods and start building upscale home's it brings the property tax up. So even if you own your home. You property tax goes up.
Plus to Rory point. Yes low income neighborhoods pay less taxes but, look at it this way. Subbers has let say 10 home's in that neighborhoods and they pay $3,000 in taxes. $3,000×10=$30,000. In the hood let's say there's 30 homes and they pay $1,000 in taxes. $1,000×30=$30,000. Why the different treatment when it comes to things getting done.Streets, play ground ect.🤔🤔🤔

The shortages have to do with overworked flight staff and pilots. FAA doesn't allow them to just keep flying for unlimited hours. Same with the planes which have to get regular maintenance. So between planned routine maintenance and crew shortages, all airlines are being affected. I would advise if you have an event to attend plan to get there 2 days in advance. No more of that day before or day of the event getting a flight out it ain't happening plan accordingly
