I think the difference in attacks, gadgets and star powers depends on the quality of the brawler. You can't expect a mythical or legendary brawler to have the same level of gameplay as a rare one. Anyway, w vid bro
In supercells defence for lack of more brawlers with kits that suit they're playstyles and such, there is already a grand total of 81 brawlers which makes it difficult to come up with new traits. With colt being one of the most oldest brawlers in the game there was plenty of room to make a kit that suits his different playstyles.
Adding onto this, I disagree with the Jacky/Doug being too similar adding nothing point. You could've said the same thing about Colt and Rico. What does having colt and rico have the same attacks, but ricos bounce provide? Well Colt still does more damage of course, and he has other aspects of his kit that make him unique such as wallbreaking, and buffs to his movement speed or range with his star power. Same thing with Doug and Jacky, Jacky still is the better brawler in a 1v1 with better damage and defensive utilities with her star powers, while Doug is better for healing and support utility.
mmm, i slightly don't agree with franks Hypercharge being dumb and broken since it has blind spots (think of Hank's super). I'm not it ISN'T dumb and broken though
Colt embodies how the game is easy and simple to play, but the ceiling is very high and make you feel great when you do hit that ceiling. Tho i wasnt a huge fan of playing colt when i got around 25k+ trophies he became one of my most played brawler alongside bull(another one i played very little before) and Grom(the only brawler i currently have full mastery)
That’s awesome man. Have you noticed how those are all brawlers with low to mid skill floors with very high skill caps? I’m also a Bull main but Colt is my secondary
3:59 this is not really related to the video, but man i found a way to have fun in this game and it was really simple, i just needed to play brawlers that i dont play that much cuz idk why but i had fun while playing janet and other underdog brawlers like willow and somehow my level 8 grom. Now in to the video, uhh colt is really a good example of brawler but i will disagree with the skill part while yes he does need a level of skill the reload speed buff plus hypercharges made him little braindead he is capable of spamming shots like max and his 1st gadget helps even further on that, but i do think the brawl stars team should release simple and yet skillfull brawlers, mandy is kinda of example but sometimes she can be really cheesy with her kit, now abt lily she was actually balanced before the rework, and now with the emergency nerfs she is kinda back o her old self but ofc in the stronger side and abt her gadget i do agree it need changes(and in my opnion its really easy to balance) but it kinda takes skill bc if u use in the wrong time u can leave ur teammates in a bad position. Anyway great video man!
