Hello there, thank you for your hard work in constructing the videos and for sharing your information .Quick question- vendoo & post mark etc are all American sites. In your opinion is it profitable to advertise on o/s sites given your shippings costs are higher?
I think it all depends on so many factors! I offer international shipping through eBay. I don't think Poshmark works outside of the US/Canada.
Thank you for the video. One question - With the photorooom background editor, it gives you the same amount as listings on your plan. Does that mean you can only edit one photo on your listing or does is the count for the entire listing despite the number of photos? For example, I have a photo of the front, back, tag, and measurements - would changing the background to white on all 4 photos equal 4 of those editable slots?
I think it's based on photos, not listings. So if you were to do it for just the cover photo of each listings. I'm not 100% sure though. I recommend reaching out to Vendoo directly. They're usually pretty quick to respond!
Thank 4 the video! I have not started selling on any platform again yet (its been over 1yr since selling on ebay) in your opinion should I just go thru vendoo or do U suggest starting on each platform to start back selling?
I guess that depends! If you just want to jump onto one platform to start off, you don't necessarily need Vendoo. They do have features like analytics, etc. that are helpful even if you're just on eBay, but it's definitely not a necessity. However, if you do want to cross post, I highly recommend doing it through Vendoo to keep things streamlined and organized.
I noticed that you have a button titled "AI Suggestions" next to your Title box. Do you know how you got that? I can't seem to find access to it anywhere. I checked my extension is updated. Thanks!
I've actually had that feature for a while. I'm not sure if it's something I'm in the beta test for or what, but maybe reach out to Vendoo and ask about it!
How do you calculate the eBay sales? Poshmark is super easy but I can’t find a video explaining eBay’s calculations and relist
Hi! If you go to your eBay Seller Hub, under Payments click "All Transactions" and there you'll be able to see the fees for each item you sold. It also lists the shipping fee here so you just need to check one place. The only thing to note is that if you use Promoted Listings, that fee is shown seperately so you will need to add the eBay fee and the Promoted Listings fee (it'll say Ad Fee) and then add the total to Vendoo. I hope that helps!
Awesome video, thank you! I am hoping you will do one on selling on the eBay platform. You only did Poshmark, which is the easiest one. Would you consider doing a video on what happens after you sell on eBay. Do you go eBay to ship or does Vendoo import this information for you? Does it show you the fees like it does for Poshmark? Does it create the spreadsheets? Also for the other selling venues as well. Very informative video, thank you so much! You explain things so well, which is why I am hoping you will spotlight the other platforms as well.
I'll add that to my idea list! You do still need to go to ebay to ship. Vendoo is more along the lines of inventory management. YOu can download spreadsheets from Vendoo.
How do you get your pictures of items into your computer? To me that seems like a time-consuming task because I just use my phone for everything. Or sometimes I even just take pictures right in Poshmark. What do you do? Thanks for this tutorial!
I have an iPhone and a Mac so I air drop them.
I got vendoo to backup my inventory from eBay. On the first day I was able to import 2,100 items. Now just wondering how it affects what I have on Vendoo when I "end and sell similar" hundreds of items at a time.
I think that would mess up the connection Vendoo has with those items. I would personally recommend delisting and relisting in vendor to avoid that.
Just want to clarify. Can I just post my items on Vendo instead of going directly to Ebay and then cross post them to other selling platforms?
Yep! So you create the listing in Vendoo, then you just click "list to ebay" and it does it all for you from the Vendoo dashboard. Then you can do the same for other marketplaces.

As far as I know, you can import multiple items at once. For example, if you already have multiple listings on ebay, you can import more than one at a time.
Is all of your bookkeeping in Vendo? If not, where?
Yes, these days I mostly just use Vendoo for bookkeeping for my own records. For tax time, I pull numbers from Vendoo and also track total cost of goods so I can calculate my beginning and ending inventory each year.
