They need to stop protecting Teresa, Louis and anyone else who behaves in a destructive way. The way Andy and Bravo as a whole seem to condone really bad, disgusting behaviour just makes the fame hungry ones do it more. I teach my children bad choices and behaviour brings consequences, basic sh*t.

Either way, if it's a storyline, she agreed to it and and they signed a business contract. 20% owner in writing is exactly that. It's a hell of a lot better than 51%. If you have a business plan, they you get a business attorney to handle the contract negotiations and you don't wait a year on someone, especially when they have zero experience in retail or whatever business you're entering. The bottom line, this woman had an agenda, Melissa had hers, it's not like this woman didn't know Melissa had no experience in retail so as a business person, you should have hired an attorney to negotiate this for you. She's saying Melissa was unreasonable and pushing back on her so why continue to pursue the partnership?
Instead the partnership didn't work, so the business venture failed, your tv time agenda backfired, it was a while ago, so why not let it go and grow your business? It seems like you might still be after the camera time? This is just business, making more of it is about the clout and storyline. Come on, you took a gamble, you were no more savvy about business partnerships and the pitfalls and risks of doing business with friends or family than Melissa was, and it didn't work out. Happens every single day. But you know, you get to a particular age and stage, as a business person, and there really shouldn't be a need to put all this out there publicly, there is a lot more to be said by not saying much at all.
