Yes, that should be one of the first things. I'm more of a freelance coder and didn't use repositories before - wow it makes everything so much easier.
The people making such videos should know that they should keep making such videos because all such softwares and platforms change a lot over a period of time and the related youtube-tutorials become redundant over time.
I wanted to add source control to my project but it always seemed so daunting because I couldn't really find a video that showed me how to do what we did in this video I found a few other videos that used the terminal to do things but thats not the way I wanted to do it and I KNEW there was another simpler way, thank you for this video!

Easiest and most straightforward explanation to GitHub I have seen yet. Like, a few mins and I'm all good. Others are an hour long with lotsa nonsense
