The speed shelter belt is one of the mountaineering shelters in the north of Tehran, which is located in Tochal Mountain at an altitude of 2,960 meters.
The facade of this shelter is in the shape of a pyramid, it consists of two floors, the upper floor can be used for sleeping and the lower floor for resting and eating.
This shelter was built in 1946 at the personal expense of several mountaineers. Among the creators, we can mention Mohammad Kazem Gilanpour, who is the author of Iran's first mountain climbing book.
