So Superman fought and defeated back-to-back Black Adam, Sinestro, Aquaman, Doomsday, after this in his fatigue state he fought his alternate counterpart who was fresh with full power and still kicked his Ass..... Injustice Superman is Weak Seriously
He got used to winning instantly, whereas our superman still practiced restraint prior to arriving, thus having to rely more on skill than just instantly killing everyone.Ultimately being better off when he cut loose.Plus injustice superman seems to not sunbathe as much anymore, instead preferring to stay in his fortress and mope.
He hadn’t really had a real challenge since he came into power. All of earth’s major villains are either imprison, executed, in hiding, or work for him.
I don't know how the fight really went in lore wise but it could go to the comics version, meaning Superman was just holding back hard because he probably knows all of their weaknesses and it wasn't hard to deal with them until he started fighting Doomsday. But the fact he yeeted Doomsday's ass to the next dimension and was already quite tired at his current state but managed rekt his evil self's ass just means shows that OG Superman had more experience and knows how to counter himself better than Batman The Goat.
"The people need to know they're in control not us.." -Batman It's a quote that superheroes acknowledge they are there for protection but, the citizens are in control of their own destiny... Really nice quote
Injustice Batman refusing the president’s offer in the government is good too. Injustice Batman knew that being in the government is the last thing he wants, because he’ll wound up corrupt as Regime Superman. That is the one thing Injustice Batman doesn’t want.
I think one of the main things that makes Superman so special and loved is the fact that despite all that power he still chooses to use it responsibly and for the betterment of others first. No story shows that restraint better than Injustice. This world’s Superman was exactly like the Superman we see and play as in this last chapter. It’s only when he lost everything again that he decided that enough was enough. Instead of restraining himself he decided to finally use it to instil peace through tyranny. Literally forcing people to get along and play nice less they suffer his wrath. Thing is he went way to far with his “protection” to the point of weaponising and employing villains into his regime and even killing children for stepping out of line. He’s a monster that’s so focused on power and control he’s forgotten the very reason he wanted it to begin with and in doing so became a worse monster than the ones he thought he was preventing. To have the JL Supes show up as the last character in the campaign to play as is nothing short of genius and to have the first thing to come out of his mouth be actual concern for the innocent people in the crossfire is just the cherry on top. The big part of this though is the Insurgency Batman just watching and hearing Superman talk like how he used to. Concerned for the safety of people and strategising about how to handle the battle with the least amount of innocent casualties possible. It’s a callback to a time this Bruce misses, a time he wishes to go back to and despite the quick and stoic way he says it… you can tell he genuinely means it when he welcomes Superman back in a thematic sense. Superman is a god who sees himself as a man. A strong man who lives in a fragile world. He could easily use his abilities to become just as much of a monster as the likes of Darkseid or Lex Luthor. Two of the most powerful and dangerous villains driven by their lust for power and conquest. Superman is more close to becoming these people than he thinks and yet despite that he chooses that he won’t become them and fights everyday to ensure that doesn’t happen. Superman is loved not because of his laser eyes or his flying. He isn’t cherished because bullets can’t hurt him or because he can breathe in space. He’s loved because behind all that is a genuinely good man who’s willing to risk his life fighting creatures and people even more powerful than him to ensure that those lesser off don’t have to fight. Clark Kent is capable of so much destruction and conquest and yet he doesn’t see that. He only sees a way to help make people’s lives a little more better off and that is one of the most admirable qualities I have ever seen in a character. It’s why I love him… Too bad folks like Zack Snyder only see Superman for the spectacle instead of the heart and it’s a shame that the more darker version of Superman is becoming more of a trend nowadays… still I hold out hope that folks will still love Superman for the reason I’ve displayed. Despite the godlike abilities at his disposal there’s a reason he calls himself Super”man”. Hope there’s more variations of him in the future that remember that aspect of him… that aren’t Multiverses…
Couldn’t have said it better myself! Superman always has the best of intentions, he could use his power for evil, but instead he uses them to help mankind. He doesn’t do it for the glory or the fame, he does it because not only is it the right thing to do, Superman sees potential in us, he knows that we as people have the ability do great things and that with his help it’ll only be easier for us and him, being a fellow man in his own right, to make the world a better place.
I got an answer for Zach Snyder universe: the reverse Flash is responsible for that verse himself. If Warner Bros let Snyder’s verse plans to be put effect we would’ve seen the Flash reverse the timeline so we able to see these characters being the people we know and love. The Reverse Flash is that petty to screw up Barry’s life from the get go. Hence why Superman are willing to kill; Batman uses guns; Wonder Woman’s death; etc. The Flash movie would explain everything wrong with Snyder’s universe and use it to reboot the DCU but Warner Bros fired him while grieving for his daughter. So he released a 3-4 hour long movie as a love letter to fans ( Zach Snyder’s: Justice League ). And because of Warner Bros decisions everything fall apart in this DCU and left a sour taste for the fandom.
@@JDog2656meh it had some aspects I liked, some I dislike but overall it and in edition Zack Snyder doesn’t understand or care about what makes Superman… well Superman. They have the cape, they have the suit and they have the cool powers but it lacks the colour and charm that Superman is idealised for. Both figuratively and literally. His suit is darkened and drained of the bright blue, yellow and red, his father would rather he let a school bus full of kids and himself die before revealing that his son is an alien (something that no other iteration of Clark’s parents would ever… *ever* say or do) and in the end you’re left with this edgy husk of what was once the paragon of virtue and good. Zack Snyder’s Superman is not superman. He’s an edgy teenagers oc wearing the costume of Superman. If you’re into it that’s fine but I’m not because I believe it’s a disgrace and disservice to a character that is loved because of his optimistic charm. Zack is an aesthetic person, he only sees spectacle without the context and story. Again not a bad thing on its own but with someone like Superman… I don’t wanna repeat myself.
Superman obviously didn't need to hear the whole story. Bruce probably just said, "evil you is destroying cities. We need your help." And Clark was just like, "alright let's fix this."

“Disobedient children will be punished.” “*Children?!*” I love these quotes, because it defines the real Superman. Superman does not see the people as less than him. He wants to protect people because it’s the right thing to do.

When the Batman/Superman were planning a strategy in the beginning of the video the other Batman was thinking I miss my own friend in Superman without him there will always be a gape that can't be filled
The saddest implication of the final fight here is: if Superman goes haywire, nobody can stop the consequent destruction of the Earth (just like a big freaking volcano covering the entire atmosphere!) except another Superman JL
In the comics, Superman was almost killed multiple times; what saved his ass were either someone else's meddling (Sinestro, Raven) or Wonder Woman being a crazy bitch.
in a comic with a jokerised superman batman said the thing most people trying to take down superman rely on is his moral/clark side. without it theres nothing on earth that can stop him
I also read the injustice comics to get more into my favorite game. Seeing superman slowly become evil was a very traumatizing experience. When he resulted to torturing batman to get what he wanted is when he finally realized he was bad than he got his ass whooped by Alfred
After reading the comics (Injustice Year One to Injustice Year Five), I can't put into words just how _satisfying_ it is to watch the ending. Part of what makes this ending so great is that Injustice Superman is defeated by the _real_ Superman. All in all, it's been a great journey.

@@thelonesurvivor3955 in the comic edition ; there's no fight with adam cause he only freezes adam and take off sinestr rings
Well to be frank that sinestro thing wasn't really a fight
"Fear is the only thing these people understand." Guess Batman really rubbed off on Supes after all those years.
Yea I guess so.
Yeah, but Regime Superman took it to extremes. Batman only strikes fear into the villains, not the entire human race.
Your damn right.
More like Sinestro
"The people need to know they're in control not us.." -Batman
It's a quote that superheroes acknowledge they are there for protection but, the citizens are in control of their own destiny...
It’s why I love him…
Too bad folks like Zack Snyder only see Superman for the spectacle instead of the heart and it’s a shame that the more darker version of Superman is becoming more of a trend nowadays… still I hold out hope that folks will still love Superman for the reason I’ve displayed.
Despite the godlike abilities at his disposal there’s a reason he calls himself Super”man”. Hope there’s more variations of him in the future that remember that aspect of him… that aren’t Multiverses…
THIS!
Man of Steel was not a bad movie
And evil you was only necessary for identifying.

I love these quotes, because it defines the real Superman.
Superman does not see the people as less than him. He wants to protect people because it’s the right thing to do.
*SUPERMAN:* We're not gods... we don't decide who lives and who dies.
Superman sees himself as a human cause he was raised among them, he wants to protect people cause he has power to do so for good and knows it’s want his parents both sets of then wants him to do.
When the Batman/Superman were planning a strategy in the beginning of the video the other Batman was thinking I miss my own friend in Superman without him there will always be a gape that can't be filled
George Newbern. You can’t go wrong with him voicing Superman.
The saddest implication of the final fight here is: if Superman goes haywire, nobody can stop the consequent destruction of the Earth (just like a big freaking volcano covering the entire atmosphere!) except another Superman JL
In the comics, Superman was almost killed multiple times; what saved his ass were either someone else's meddling (Sinestro, Raven) or Wonder Woman being a crazy bitch.
imo this is why the Injustice prequel comic completely failed in what it was trying to do
