The Mandalorian Episode 5 Breakdown HE'S BACK
Вставка
- Опубліковано 28 бер 2023
- episode starts of with high magistrate carga on navarro 7 as the pirate ship looms over his town’s skies, as Gorian Shard hails him. Shard makes fun of Greef and says basically that he’s gone soft and rich, that he’s not the man he used to be. He blames Greef for killing his pirates in cold blood, doing the typical pirate thing where they manipulate and twist scenarios. Greef says it’s not a good idea to fire on Navarro 7 as he’s connected, and Shard laughs, telling him he’s not part of the new republic, nor is moff gideon protecting him anymore. Shard blows up the town of navarro and greef takes his townspeople to the outskirts of the city as he calls the new republic for help.
we see the new republic HQ as they’re hanging out and playing pool, we meetup with carson teva, new republic pilot from season 2 who offered cara dune a job. He plays the hologram from greef carga who’s asking for his help. Zebb walks up to him, and this is his live action debut. Zebb was in Rebels and he was part of the crew with ezra, hera, kanan, and chopper. It’s great seeing him in live action, and i think his appearance is perhaps a foreshadowing of ezra and thrawn. In fact, maybe he’s just stationed there to get intel on moff gideon’s transport time and date, so that sabine could escort him out and get information on where Thrawn is, leading them to Ezra. This theory comes from one of you during the watch party last night, and your reasoning for this was because beskar was found on the ship, this beskar could be sabine’s. Personally, I think it was mandalorians related to death watch, loyal to maul.
Carson Teva shows the hologram of Greef Carga to corsucant’s new republic HQ, colonel tuttle which is like the main center for it. He denies him approval to help, as G86 walks in after seeing Carson in there. She is still playing the new republic, and i think she still works for moff gideon. Carson mentions moff gideon having never made it to trial, and G86 is seen looking down in discomfort. She says a pretty imperial thing, by saying Navarro 7 may now see the importance of joining the new republic by essentially suffering. New republic denies help to nevarro 7, and carson takes it upon himself to go find the mandalorian. He tracks them down via R5’s transponder. He tells them about Greef Carga’s message, and then leaves.
Din speaks to the clan, holding the armorer’s hammer, which is like a talking stick type of thing. Mando pleads his case to save Greef Carga, who he says has had a change of heart against mandalorians, and that imperials were the ones who decimated the mandalorians, not Carga. He proposes they all live on navarro 7 as Greef has offered him land, and may offer them land too.
Carson Teva comes across an abandoned Lamda T4A shuttle. It looks heavily attacked. He speaks with the New Republic, and they find out its the ship that transported moff gideon. The ship has no survivors yet moff gideon’s body is missing. The flight crew are frozen from space. Carson Teva notices something embedded in the wall, it’s a piece of beskar, and they deduce that moff gideon was broken out of there by mandalorians. So, this could be one of two things. Either death watch, a very rugged and violent group of mandalorians did indeed break moff gideon out, which is believable since he did hold the dark saber at one point, meaning he accrued a following of some kind, a following that may still be very loyal to him. Or the other option is that he framed mandalorians by putting a piece of beskar there to throw the new republic off their tracks. The third option here is that he’s just paying mandalorians with beskar, as we know he has tons. I personally think he actually was freed from mandalorians who were perhaps loyal to darth maul once, and now loyal to moff gideon. I think once Bo Katan goes to unite these kinds of mandalorians, she will come to a very rude awakening and perhaps be captured herself, luring Din Djarin out to Moff Gideon, who will challenge him to a duel and this time win, claiming the dark saber for himself once again, and him being the one to rule all of the mandalorians.

Zeb looks absolutely amazing in live action
I lost my S when I saw him 😆 he looks EXACTLY how I imagined he would
He really does. It was great to see such amazing CGI 🔥
My first thought as well, "Zeb is a badass!"
I also noticed that Zeb also has a Sequel era Resistance pilot suit too.
looks cool but nobody cares about rebels
Zeb's appearance was pretty much the perfect cameo.
It makes sense he'd be there, so it's not out-of-place. It doesn't affect the plot, so it's not all about him. He's just there to remind the viewer that the Ghost crew is still around, and we'll be seeing more of them in the future.
True, that’s literally what a cameo means and what it should be

Zeb is one of the few characters to be perfectly translated into live action thus far. He looks amazing.
Agreed, they crushed it
And was that Steve Blum?!😃
I think Bo Katan was also very well done, and Ahsoka looks pretty good too
@@fezii9043 I wished they make Ahsoka's hair more longer just like in rebels.
@@mondeepengti8733 yeah and rosario Dawson’s voice is too deep for ahsoka
The scene where the Mandalorians dropped in was one of the coolest fights in the series. Really captured how devastating they are when they work in groups.
It felt like a spec ops fight cause they moved in, the pirates had no idea where they were
I was moved by Paz Vizla's speech and was pumped to attack the pirates.

@@MollyHuffle bruh he got us all in the first half lmao
@@MollyHuffle not really, the trailers kind of spoiled it when we see him in nevaro
@@MollyHuffle I was annoyed at first but when he gave the covert the reason to fight, it was so inspiring.
The scene where Carson found the damaged shuttle felt really atmospheric and creepy, I could almost feel Moff Gideon's presence, like a ghost. Loved the episode and cannot wait to see what happens next.
DEFINITELY the vibe I got from the scene was so sick, loved the suspense
I kept expecting some weird space spider or some shit to attack.
I was waiting for his alarm to go off and get blasted
I loved the Aliens homage with the scan of the ship.
I feel like they keep hinting at project blackwing in this show. The creepy abandoned star destroyer in the coruscant episode, the derelict lambda shuttle that looked like it had a bite taken out of it...
Loved to hear Zebs voice! He was so much fun in Rebels, looking forward for more!
Idk why but when Din finished his petitions talks, he then proceed to sit-down next to Bo feels very wholesome. And also Bo definitely is a leader material especially with her experience, she's been the one that does the planning and leading others to execute a plan together, pretty neat.
I feel like they have grown closer, and were definitely sitting close together! I loved it.
Meh, she was a leader before and failed, lost mandalore and the dark saber. Why is she getting a 2nd chance? On the opposite, Din is clearly the up and coming mando. They say Bo has walked both ways LOL she was there for a couple months max. Sad this is the Bokatan show now. Mandalorian was fun for what it was. Oh well

@@cyurs748 I felt like them sitting that close was intentional, like showing how close they have grown and how comfortable they are with each other. I’m feeling some vibes there!
Theres definately bigger plans for Zeb. The VFX for him were outstanding and you dont shell out for a 30 second scene like that. Im thinking he's in Ashoka.
Ahsoka* and yeah he's gotta be. They are just teasing what they are doing with the show also Dave filoni had an on screen cameo here.
He’s got to be now surely, no reason to have him in this show otherwise

I think they made that similar to the scene used in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order whenever you travel to a new planet
the direction and cinematography of this episode was so cool. The Mandos dropping out of Bo’s ship and the tracking shot with them falling was so badass.
@@repticare101 I’ve seen you in the Bad Batch breakdown video leaving only hateful, negative comments. Why so angry bruh?
I clicked my stick back to watch that part again bc it looked so cool and I wanted to see it again
I was really expecting the Armoror was going to remove her helmet as well, that was such a good scene. Also when i saw Zeb i just about lost it, as a fan of Rebels i loved that cameo. Also i think the whole thing with Gideons ship was not for The Mandolorean but might be a teaser into the upcoming Ashoka series. This whole season has felt like a tipping point, setting up a lot of future plot points, with the spy, Gideon going missing, the beskar, retaking Mandalore, Grogu becoming a true foundling, etc. Din Djarin himself was sort of a backseat player this season.
Thought she removes it and it turns out it was Sabine. But doesn’t really make much sense after thinking about it 😅
@@einSeev true, it doesn't make sense but damn it if that wouldn't be the biggest plot twist in Star Wars. Colorful Sabine switches to Ye olde Mandolorean armor and never removes her helmet again until she speaks with Bo Katan.
i dont think we will ever see her unmasked. The rumors suggest the Armorer is an entirely new character, not some secret cameo. On top of that, shes a mysterious side plot. If the armorer were to be revealed it would entirely destroy the purpose of her character.
The only thing that might happen is we get a scene where she takes her helmet off but the camera is behind her. In which case they could be able to continue to build lore but keep the mystery alive.
@@ranndomundead9112 I don’t think so, too. When the creators wanted to show her, this was the possible moment for it. But they decided not to
@@ranndomundead9112I can see your point of view, though personally id disagree. The mask represents Anonymity which up until this point was important to the story as we don't really know if the Armorer is friend or foe. We don't even know her real name, just her title. At some point she will become more essential to the plot so she will need a name and a face to convey emotions for the audience to care about. But that's only my 2 cents, and really it boils down to preference.
I audibly yelled out I LIKE THOSE ODDS right after Karga told Mando they outnumber him 10 to 1. Then there was a pause and he said it, it was the happiest moment of my day. I knew what was coming and I loved it. Such a fun show! I need that line once a season lol.
I love how Bo was so conflicted about removing her helmet- really showed that she's getting into "the way."
I took it more as as she was hesitant as to if it was a trick
I think she was just desperate not to lose another clan. While simultaneously thinking, "you know, these cultists aren't so bad".
@@zaab-yaoh9302 well, that too
Once she saw the mythosaur her believes in The Way were only made stronger
@@zaab-yaoh9302 I thought it was a trap to get her away from the mandolorians
I don't think Bo is playing the long game. I think she actually really respected and started to like the coverts ways
I had this opinion the whole time. I interpreted her journey with Din to the Living Waters as realizing he respects the Mandalorian way so much to try doing this when no other attempted it. I think she stayed with the Children of the Watch because she learned of the Mythosaur which is a different way to become Mand'alore without fighting Din for the Dark Saber. She needs supporters so being apart of Children of the Watch provides that.
yeah, i dont think shes bad at all
@@cjtrules1 Agreed, there is also the chance that the mythosaur in the living waters actually convinced Bo Katan that there was indeed merit to the way of the mandalore, and that convinced her that way was more realistic than she thought, so she joined the children of the watch to learn more or genuine become one of them, although this is a more boring outcome
I agree with you.
@@Ulyanov.11 Yeah I think her seeing the Mythosaur made her reevaluate all the other myths and legends she was told.
Kate Sackhoff is seamlessly portraying all of her qualities from animation to live action exceptionally well. The incorporation of multiple characters and their influence on the narrative adds depth to the storyline making you feel the story can go in a few different directions which is refreshing. The mandos carrying out their skills in the organized military routine showing how effective they are felt fitting. The only gripe I have is the lack of cinematography and shot compositions that Andor executed so well that added so much to the intensity and beauty of scenes so effortlessly. Either way love the season so far.
Really haven't been very well shot to me either. Something Live Action Star Wars shows lack aside from Andor
Season 3’s honestly been pretty weak so far but yeah, the dynamic between Bo and Din is great
I hope this show never ends man. It's so good.

Loved seeing Zeb in live action! I was wondering where his wingman Agent Kallus was. Last time we saw them they were getting ready to start their galactic road trip together at the end of Rebels.

Another option for Moff Gideon’s breakout is that the Empire is armoring dark troopers with Beskar, because it is very much specified that Beskar **alloy** was embedded in the wall, not pure Beskar itself.
Good point. Either way it definitely seems to frame the Mandalorians
At first I thought it was Sabine and Ahsoka capturing Gideon to find out about Thrawn but having troopers with beskar seems pretty scary ngl
Bo has been said to be the antagonist by a lot of people, but this feels like a real chance at redemption. If we recall, her team did apparently abandon her, it's possible these are the people who took Gideon and want to make him face their judgment as opposed to the New Republic's weak sauce brand of judgement, but it's also likely a frame up because Kane is telegraphing some super sneaky vibes on top of the fact that Empire remnant forces destroyed Bo's home and she was legitimately pissed.
I 100% agree. There is definitely a secret factor of Imperials working with Gideon and I don't think Bo or other Mandalorians are with him. I want to see a repopulated Mandalore!
i think sabine and ashoka took gideon to find thrawn
Kane I feel could be working for Thrawn, maybe as a triple agent or directly.
@@cjtrules1 won’t happen because this series is eventually going to lead up to the crappy sequel trilogy, and I’m theorizing the mandalorians take full control of the Outer and Mid Rim or fail at rebuilding their empire.
Its the Imperial Mandolorians. They're back
This episode definitely felt like classic Star Wars
What made it for me was the fight in Navarro. They cheered and it reminded me of Episode 6 when the deathstar gets destroyed and Everyone cheered 😊 also the pirates chasing Din looked like a reference to the scene with Luke in the narrow star ally before destroying it
@Stacy Walker to me it made me think of Luke talking about "running beggars canyon back home." In his T16.
They finally added more aliens. Disney tends to think Star Wars is all humans
No it didnt 😂😂
felt like a show that has no idea where it's going except leading to more spinoffs. just like marvel
I really enjoyed seeing Zeb and I think his live action appearance is really good! I can't believe there is only 3 episodes left I wish there was like 7 more or something especially now that Bad Batch just ended as well and we will likely have to wait another 2 years for both to be back. Luckily Ahsoka is coming before then but still.
@@repticare101 i feel like they are setting up all the big stuff for the Ashoka series this season might just be about the mandalorians rebuilding
This season is amazing each week so much action and call backs Dave and Jon don’t disappoint
Really? For me this season is underwhelming and definitely not as good as 1 or 2. But to each their own I guess
I absolutely love where they can go with Bo Katan. I have loved her character since the clone wars and in my opinion can be the best link between Ahsoka and The Mandalorian.
In one of the earlier episodes, Bo Katan told Din that the Mandalorians following her left and became mercenaries. I think these are the ones that freed him.
Good point but I think it’s unlikely, those mandalorians have only contempt for the empire, mercenary or not, I can’t imagine them working for Gideon especially knowing he spearheaded the imperial attack on their home world.
@@tristanlambert658 nobody said rescue. Freed him from new republic but not into something necessarily better.
Its the Imperial Mandalorians. They're back
Getting Bo in a standoff with her old crew would be a very cool moral dilemma for her and her standing out for her new family would strengthen their ties even more! Love it
THIS was the episode we needed. Really sets up what we can expect for the next three episodes and makes the fans run rampant with ideas on what might happen. Star Wars and storytelling at its best!
I think the Paz switch up speech was one of the biggest plot twists in history lmao
Crazy how The Mandalorian seasons are getting better and better, this episode was a banger and combat scenes/cgi are well done compared to some movies today
Zeb especially.
I would say season 3 is actually disappointing not great for what we got in season 2 and 1. It’s feels like a different show probably because it’s the Bo Katan and Grogu show instead of the the Din Djarin show aka The Mandalorian show
Edit: I’m still enjoying the season but I’m very disappointing from what we could’ve gotten
@@reeves3030 Yeah s3 feels kinda childish in comparison with s1&2
@@reeves3030see for me for example 2 season was pretty weak, felt like everything was a fan service and this season we just have mandalorians and thats great
@@daethmer7834 I’m gonna assume you are talking about season 2, but I agree with you I didn’t like how every episode was a cameo but at least in the end we got to see the true Luke Skywalker return with a badass Vader like hallway scene. Season 2 also had a epic conclusion (so we thought) to Grogu’s arc with him returning to his kind with Luke. There was a clear vison and story that had been completed, now I don’t even really understand what the point of the story is. We didn’t even get introduced to a main villain until half way through this season. And I wouldn’t even say Moff Gideon is the true villain since he really isn’t that intimating and gets beaten by the main characters often. And I don’t think its Thrawn because he’s in the unknown regions and it would be smart to save him for Ashoka. Overall Season 3’s story is lacking because of Disney’s failure in firing Gina Carano which caused her show (The Rangers of the New Republic) to be canceled, and for them to ruin the end of season 2 by bring back Grogu and Din to make them money.

She seemed to be really changing. I'm also really happy that we got to have a big action scene with the whole Covert again.
Bo and Din really showed their leadership qualities in this episode.

Great episode, love that Paz has fully came around showing he’s with the way of mandalore. I don’t care what anyone says about how slow the season has been, I love the Mandalorian Culture building. All the callbacks to the shootout on Navarro and the Mandalorians that survived it. They’re culture is strong and they ride and die for each other. Glad the Armorer is finally seeing the true way and bringing all the Mandalorians back together. The culture building and showing the Mandalorian Way will all pay off in the end plus it’s good to see how they live and survive. With all Clans looking to come together I’m looking forward to seeing Fenn Rau, Opal Jexx, Tristan Wren, and others but some Clans could be linked with Gideon after finding out he broke out and how he broke out, setting up a sort of civil war/ all out war. Glad we’re getting future seasons the slow build up is worth it.
I love this episode so much from Paz's character development to the Armorer kicking @$$ with only her hammers again. But nothing, nothing could beat Zeb's cameo. OMG, so stoked!

I wonder what the significance of Bo's new shoulder plate being silver is, besides the Mythosaur imprint I think it either points to 1: Her closeness to Din, as he wears full silver armour, or 2: Referencing how she has walked both pasts, the old shoulder plate representing the days of old, the death-watch, the night owls etc and the silver representing the new times / affiliation with the creed Mando's and affirming that she is the one to be the uniter of all Mandalorians. Really great episode although I'm not sure how I feel about the direction the show is going in with regards to Bo being hoisted up as the potential leader of Mandalore and being tasked with uniting the different clans. When Din won the Dark Saber from Gideon I was really expecting him to become the one to lead Mandalore. I really liked the idea of that too. A simple bounty hunter who never really had such lofty ambitions realizing through all the struggles he's endured that he has what it takes to lead his people into a new age sounded awesome to me and I'm not really sure if I'm on board if they decide to go in a different direction. Bo had her chance to rule once already and failed. I think a much more fitting story arc for her would be to show her realization that maybe she was destined for something different and learning how to accept that while still feeling like she has a purpose. Time will tell tho. I'm really looking forward to whatever comes next this season.
It can still happen, Armorer send Bo to gather other Mandos not necessary lead them.
@@Tekaneable The legend was that the tamer of the mythosaur who had walked both worlds will unite mandalore and lead them through a new age. I feel like Din's destiny is with Grogu. Leader of mandalore is a full time job. Maybe they both will sit the throne.. If you know what I mean 😏

I loved the design of the pirate ship, seems like a genuinely useful standalone vessel with a ton of versatility, shame they didn't go the route of boarding and capturing, would been cool to see Mandalorians having that type of ship at their disposal

THIS EPISODE WAS SO FUN MADE ME SMILE THE WHOLE TIME
I've gotta say I LOVE this series! Nothing is perfect of course, but it seems to side-step a lot of the problems with the other SW Disney stuff. I love every little detail that we learn about the Mandalorians and like most life-long fans, wondered about them since Empire. I was so shattered when Solo's performance meant that the Fett and Kenobi movies were canned, so I'm so happy that both have had a chance as a series and given us SO much more than they could have with movie run time. Love your channel mate, keep it up!
I am very interested to where the relationship between Mando and Bo is going. Either a love story of some kind of best friends type of thing or something really cool we don´t expect! They way Mando has been helping Bo to respect his believes and the Creed making her double think stuff is pretty cool. Her seeing the Mythosaur really made her snap. Also she cares a lot for Grogu and all foundlings. The Armorer is helping her to become a true leader and uniting Mandalore. Bo taking a step on helping the rest of the Mandalorians....
What do you guys think we are going with these 2? What would you like to see?
i think bo katan needs the darksaber as it does not work with mando unless bo teaches him however I would like to think that grogu will tame the mithosaur and use the darksaber to unite the mandolorians as he is a Jedi
They should kill off Din & have Bo look after Grogu.
@@dannybullar5925 Grogu is no more a Jedi than Ahsoka is. They both walked away from the Jedi Order
Yes i really hope this turns in to a love story. When she saved mando from the crazy cyborg and was sitting by the fire it really felt like some love tension between then or am i the only one that felt that?
@@DannyI00 nah thats for real, u see how they were sitting during the mando meeting this episode, basically holding hands lol and even the way she walk down to make sure he was good talking to Teva
Zeb showing up on The Mandalorian was Awesome
I love you speculating the plot of the next 2 seasons at the end super fun and imaginative!
I can’t believe ol greg has his own pirate ship and crew, tremendous
Great episode altogether but for me rebels is so underrated and seeing Zeb in live action is absolutely amazing
I think the mandalorian who bailed moff is sabin. they are not dropping zeb like that out of nowhere without a connection with ghost crew lol! I never imagined that The Mandalorian would connect all these different shows! I love it!
Why would she do that tho it makes no sense
@@soraisfinallyhere1305 longshot but probably sabin was tracking and mayhem occured on the extraction. Or the most logical one is probably deathwatch busted moff out. But im excited we might get ghost crew in the final episodes.
@@WWE2KUNIVERSEELITE I think sabine and the rest of the crew will show up eventually but Sabine would have had to kill new republic officers she would not do that.
@@soraisfinallyhere1305 maybe because she's tracking ezra and to do that she needs to find thrawn and Moff gideon prolly knows about his location or something
Sabine ain't Mandalorian, she don't like THE WAY
Also she supports rebellion and republic
I gotta wonder what Mando thinks of Bo taking off her helmet. Is he glad she's being accepted or is he upset that she can take it off without being kicked out??
Personally I'm waiting for some giant twist for Bo Katan, either she betrays Mando or gets captured by Gideon or something else... We're clearly building up to something and I'm excited to see what it is!
The raw viciousness of the Mando's against the pirates on the street was friggin' awesome :))
This episode was awesome as this is hinting to a new Mandalorian civil war. One Mandalorian faction siding with the New Republic, and the other siding with Gideon.
Can't wait for the next episode!
Why would any Mandalorian side with Moff Gideon. He destroyed their ancestral home world
Loved the Zeb cameo! It was incredible seeing him in live action and a nice surprise! Can't wait for the other Rebel characters to appear as I really love them all. Though when they appear, sadly we won't be seeing Kanan. I hope he makes little cameos as a force ghost or in flashbacks.
Also... Loving all the Mandalorian action scenes and the regular ones. Hope we see more of their history and them and even more variety of Mandalorians. As a Star Wars fan, it's incredible seeing them in live action.
Can't wait for the next episode!
I was expecting the last scene of the episode to be the one remaining pirate reporting back to whoever may be behind the attacks, but I guess since he said “you’re on your own now” he’s just gonna do his own thing n forget reporting back or whatever.
I screamed like a little girl when Zeb entered the scene. I think they definitely used this season to get rebel's fan hyped for the Ahsoka series.
Also, does Gideon being rescued confirm the theory of his Mandalorian origin?
SOOO many questions.
Great episode loving the central focus of Bo Katan's arc reuniting all the Mandalorians. I have a pretty strong suspicion Moff Gideon is framing the Mandalorians by using Beskar-armored stormtroopers, or the Lambda class shuttle when it was assaulted by Dark Troopers that Gideon had stored somewhere
Glad to see Katee Sackhoff getting some prominence in the SW universe. She’s great in roles in this genre.
Favorite episode so far I think. Answered a lot of things and gave us a lot to look forward too
Awesome episode, loved it. Would love to see Gideon's neo mandalorian faction. He is easily one of the best characters to replace Maul as powerhouse. His and Bo's confrontaion can be spectecular. Just thought that Gideon as Neo-Mandalore can unite crime world as well, And Mandalore Kryze has Boba's faction to help. Something way too awesome can come out of this.
The biggest problem was the scale… have the whole Navaro clapping welcome to the Mandalorians with something like 50 ppls was ridiculous and felt so small… (having them clapping like idiots even though their city is completely destroyed was kinda weird also)
Had this same issue with BOBF. Can we stop acting like every city only has 20-30 plucky citizens?
Theorrrryyyy!!!! Love your breakdowns! Keep it up dude!
OG SW fan. The Bad Batch Session 2 and The Mandalorian Season 3 got me feeling like a kid again...1❤
I absolutely loved this episode it gave me goosebumps and thank you for the breakdown SWT hello from the UK
Hey great episode - loving the series
The new republic guy is basically a detective? Can't wait to see Hundo pull up in a giant saucer lol
The ground fights in this episode reminded me of Black Hawk Down. This episode was awesome!
Some of these theories are pretty insane, so excited for what’s coming. All love for Zeb. Keep it up SWT!!
This was by far my favorite episode aside from ep 4❤
But episode 4 made 0 sense at all…
@@117MasterSpartan how so? It was needed to put to rest Vizla’s issues with Din and also to make Bo seem worthy enough. It was leading to this preparation of making her be a leader again. This is besides the fact we got to find out what happened to Grogu. This could lead to even bigger stakes because he could have been taken To Naboo
@@IRLSuperb Interesting to see that Ep 4 is your favourite of the season so far. Imo, it’s the second worst after episode 1. It had the most plot holes, nonsensical dialogue and situations, & didn’t progress the story much. Even though this episode gives episode 4 a little more context and importance by giving Paz a reason to help Din rid the village of pirates. I feel that it’s still the weakest aside from ep 1. It’s cool to see different opinions though 🤷🏽♂️
@@CriticalTairique I am not as judgmental as you are. I take everything with a grain of salt and like you said episode 5 gives episode 4 a lot more needed context.
I was patient because I trusted that we were going to get that context. I’m sure we will also see more that will make episode 4 make more sense so that’s the reason why episode 5 is my most favorite and episode 4 is the second
Exactly
I think that perhaps grand admiral thrawn implanted the bescar to get the new republic to fight manderlore it would make sense as the manderlorians are trying to retake manderlore. I just think it’s a very thrawn like move to set 2 factions up to fight and then swoop in to conquer the galaxy when both sides are weakened.
My favorite part was when Bo katan said "it's katan'n time" and then proceeded to Bo every where. Certainly one of the shows of all times.
This episode pumped me up! So awesome seeing the Mandalorian's dropping down
I think possibly the mandos who "left" Bo are who broke Moff Gideon out; the Tie attack on Bo's castle was a distraction to solidify that "she couldn't be" anything but an enemy to Moff Gideon when in reality we have a double-cross coming. I could be wrong but I feel like that would be fittingly shocking, especially if the reveal comes after Bo gains the loyalty of all Mandalorians
That would be pretty wild. I could totally see that with her being bitter that Din denied her the Dark Saber
I don’t think Moff Gideon is going to challenge for the dark saber i think Bo Katan will get simply by asking Mando for it. It’s a new age, my theory is Bo Katan with the dark saber will lead an ariel attack while Din on a mythosaur will lead a ground attack against Gideon and forces once and for all actually killing him. Right before he dies he laughs and says something along the lines of this is only getting started hinting that Thrawn is coming
Din is keeping the dark saber. They built up so much of that and have the poster of him with it. It’s his.
@@incadanman18 i disagree… If anything they have shown Din is better without it he can’t control it.
@@gbear0385 they won’t take it away from him believe me. He is going to learn how to wield it, you know how much of a let down it would be to not see him being able to wield it? Like use your head!
@@incadanman18 i think they will this season has been Bo becoming the leader Mandalore needs and has been that way since TCW. Din doesn’t even fight with it it slows him down, and it wouldn’t make sense to show a few episodes ago how great Bo is with it just for her to never use it again and if you remember in Rebels the more you connect with the darksaber the easier it is to use. The fact after losing it for years she was able to pick it up and instantly use it flawlessly is a sign. use your head
@@gbear0385 its for grogu hes the jedi who is also a mandalorian bo has the mythasour and or her Kryze blood Din is always going to be Din he is at the end of the day nothing special beyond a highly skilled warrior
Awesome Video!!! OMG THIS EPISODE WAS AMAZING!!!!!!
I LOVED IT SOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!
Definitely One of My Favorites of This Season so far! It had a lot of Action and it was Awesome to see all The Mandalorians working together!
And Of Course, ZEB HAD A CAMEO!!!!!! I wasn't sure at first if it was Zeb, I thought it was just another Lasat. But then When I heard his Voice I knew it was Him! It was So Amazing to see Him again! I Love Rebels so much and this is The First Sign of more Rebels Characters Appearing in Live Action in Ahsoka which I'm SO Excited for!!!
It was just The Perfect Cameo!!!
That casual cameo was awesome!
I think we’ll find that the beskar found in the Lamda shuttle belonged to Gideon/Thrawn’s forces. Possibly a weapon? We know Din’s spear came from one of Thrawn’s lackeys. Anyway, it makes it more spicy when non Mando’s use beskar so a common banner for all Mando’s to rally under? Just a thought.
