Welcome back Dave that was epic, trully extreme and must have be one of the most difficult shooting experiences you have posted. Special thanks then to the Keepers, beaters and picking up team who made it possible. Keep your powder dry, Gressy.
What a great video again Mr Carrie! I am very impressed of your shooting despite of the poor wheather conditions. So you made the best of every challenge and that is why I love your videos. Thank you again for taking me along and as always all the very best from Austria 🇦🇹🤠👍
Well Dave, another great film showing how diverse the weather is . Well done on making the most of some very difficult targets . Can't wait for the next episode.
This is insane weather, hourray for Wales, what a crack shooter you are! So much fun with you and your team of movie makers! We enjoyed all the way, stay safe and in good health and God bless you 🙏
brilliant film and thank you for sharing, I live near Brigands and will be organising a day for my friends 65th Birthday so hope we have better weather !!
What a shoot Dave. The only thing missing was a chin-strap on your cap! Seriously impressive shooting in crazy tough weather with a beautiful right / left on that second drive at 7:49 and then the high volume of birds in the pouring rain of the fourth drive was a real pleasure to watch. Thanks for this one, please keep them coming. Take care and best regards as always, Ed.
Enjoyed the video. My worst shot is the overhead where it's awkward to turn. In your case you also have to shoot with one eye . Have you any tips .eg watching you seem to hardly track and flick up fast with your hand rather than body . Or have I got that wrong? Do you attempt to judge lead on these or rely on gun speed
@@woodruffwalker1868 I think I do have my own style for pheasant, spectators say that I have a final flick of the gun at the very last moment , I do try to get a side view of the high bird to work out is downward trajectory and speed, directly above trajectory is more difficult to read as they always appear to fly straight ! But a good tip for directly above pheasant “I have missed more in front than behind” in front is basically over the top of the bird as the downward trajectory is difficult to consistently read so misses are inevitable👌good luck
