0:07 - that feeling when Autumn falls, you are totally lonely at home, staring from the window at the distant trees how they are dying, realising that you're no longer a kid, that the world is no longer wonderful, that there is so many evil and evil people, nobody will now help you, you have to do all alone, you feel powerless, because you already wanted to do something, but got ignored or laughed at, so you just sit and keep quiet, staring at those big trees dying, thinking that they are just like human life.
In spring they are colorful and pink, purple and red, wonderful and colorful, warm, just like your childhood, in summer they are in their normal form, it gets hard, because many organisms start occupying them, it starts getting hot and dry, no water, it's hard to survive, just like you now, then the autumn falls and you slowly begin to realise that you are dying, you cannot revert time, you can no longer do what you desire or like, your life is over.
Then winter comes, the tree dies and gets covered by snow. Wonderful metaphor also, you are forgotten now, you end 3:45. This is what the song reminds me of. I might be crazy, might be mad, might be just a little bit depressed, but the world is really a bad place, one of the things that make me happy and feel better is music. Is System of a Down. Is Serj Tankian. The lyrics. I love you all, just help when you can.

Why Suggestions is the only song that hasn't a demo version? It's my favorite song of the first album (0,001 points up of spiders)
I have heard that they wrote "Suggestions" in the studio when they were recording the album. I'd imagine there are early takes of that in the vaults. Perhaps they wanted to include something exclusive for people who had all the demo tapes? Either way it's definitely a track that really makes the album flow.
@@Sphat90 they first played suggestions in 1996. But some people say it was played at their first show
@@LyThC00p38sc they played it in 1997, but it was probably after they've recorded all the demo tapes and were recording the album. Rick offered to sign them in July of '97 and they first played Suggestions in October.
