Yes, He is. Who is He? The "Lord who gives life" (see the creed) does not exist (see the bible). The Paraclete is not God since he is helped. Jesus is not helped by the "Lord who gives life" since He does not exist Jesus is NOT helped by the Paraclete - he's nowhere to be seen in Jesus' life - Jesus states to be helped ONLY by the Father-Spirit ("God is a spirit"): "I speak ONLY what my Father has taught me. He who sent me IS WITH ME. The Father has not left me ALONE... " NO ONE BUT THE FATHER-SPIRIT IS THERE, this means that He must be the Holy Spirit inside Jesus "... the Father who DWELLS in me". Simply Jesus has the "Father who is a spirit" and calls Him sometimes "Father", sometimes "Spirit" (Holy) according to circumstances: but He is just ONE Person ! Nothing to do with birds! The Holy Spirit - the Father-Spirit - is inside Jesus to lead and help Him, spoke when Jesus was baptized, is accountable for Mary's pregnancy, is responsible for the miracles of Jesus and is inside many other persons.
