Be careful with the clip-ins as well. Wearing them too much with the combs/clips in the same place will thin and break it in those spots, too. Change the placement if you wear them a lot.
If you do not want your hair to thin: 1. Do not wear clip-ins daily. 2. Move where you put them they dont need to be in the exact same spot. 3. Do not sleep with clip ins in your hair, the clips are metal and they will quite literally rip your hair out. 4. Remove them from highest to lowest and detangle prior to removal.

They don’t make your hair thin your used to the thickness when you have them removed your hair feels thin but it’s because you don’t have the extra hair
