You have inspired me so much. I had been wanting to make a junk journal for years. Then I came to your UA-cam and started the next day! Now I'm in love with paper crafting. Also, thank you for all your tutorials. Plus, I really enjoy watching and listening to you. You're so fun.
Thank you so very much, it is very much appreciated :)
This is fantastic as usual. You're always great to watch. I was thinking. You should sell merchandise that says, "Let's pretend I did that on purpose." It always makes me smile when you say that.
I'd buy that!!!
This is the first time I've heard her say, "Let's pretend I did that on purpose." As soon as I stop laughing, I am hitting the 'subscibe' button!
Contact paper comes to mind to use as a decorative cover for these pouches.
Natasha, you are the epitome of a true junk journaler! You are the queen of upcycling!
100% agree. Love her videos.
@@buncobimbo oh, so do I!
Thank you so much!!
"Let's pretend I did that on purpose" is my new favourite life motto! 💖 I won't even start praising your extraordinary talent or the lovely items you create, because I think that after more than nine hundred glowing comments, every compliment has already been given - I'll simply agree with them all! You truly bring joy to the world, Nataša! ❤
Yeah, I'm sure that she brought a smile to everyone's face when she said "Let's pretend I did that on purpose". 😆 Reminded me of Bob Ross with his "a happy little accident".
Lol! I think a lot of us are now going to adopt that motto as our own! I'm always saying "serendipity" when my "mistakes" turn out to be successes after all! And I so agree with what you say about Natasha's talent - she is one awesome lady!
my favorite motto as well👌🐝
NATASHA, you have "the patience of a saint" is how the saying goes!
Without that attribute, we would all miss out on "serendipity" brilliant ideas💡 thank you so much from Denmark 🇩🇰
incredible. You could give 1000 people old milk cartons and no one would come up with this. You are a genius! Love love love these! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us and helping us recycle!
My friend saves small pieces of cardboard to write lists on, I'm going to make one of the pouches for her to put them in! Just perfect, thanks Natasa ❤❤❤
I never knew these milk boxes existed. Of course, I don't actually shop for milk; I just grab my usual plastic carton and go. Anxious to see what you do with the plastic one. You are such a treaure!
I think the silver duct tape is truly inspired. Love that look. Really motivates me to craft!
‘No wonky business’ ! I love listening to your descriptions! 😄✨✨💎✨
🤗
You are such an ASMR tease - LOL! OK, maybe I don't get the 'tingle' but I do love the feel, the sound, the look, and the texture of all your junk journals. Thanks for NEVER disappointing, Natasa!
Love the journal the best. I've been saving my cartons for ages, lol. I soak them and pull apart, and put in the food processor with junk mail/newspaper to make paper. The silver lining adds bits of sparkle to the new paper, and the clear-ish plastic part of the carton lets light through the paper when held to the light, such fun!! Great ideas!!!
Wow. What a fantastic idea. I'd love to see the result.
@@ShoshiPlatypus one of the negatives about UA-cam, you can't post a picture in your replies...
Always love all the ideas that come out of your brilliant mind. But upcycling actual junk that would other wise be in a landfill for centeries is amazing! Thank you so much for the ideas!
So grateful for your mastery of this craft and the fact that you share it. Even in condensed version, with several projects at a time, we get a full understanding of the process and the features of each finished product. I appreciate your video editing skills. Looking forward to receiving your book.
Fantastic!! I love the way your brain thinks. I love that you take items from our houses that most of us have, and if we don’t there’s most definitely an alternative. Your amazing!! ❤
Natasa what can I say recycling ♻️ perfection ❤....congratulations on your book ❤ clever lady xxx
Love how you recycle everything like ideas you are the greatest thank you
Theola
Thank you! 😊
You continue to amaze me with what you recuperate and turn them into beautiful treasures…..you have a lot of imagination and creativity…continue doing it, I love watching you.
Must Do project ❤❤❤thanks so much ❤❤❤
Thank you so much for this video! I have dozens and dozens of milk cartons all washed up and flattened by weighing down with heavy boxes. I use them as journal covers covered in cloth which I sew on. 😄
Your creativity, teaching ability, easy yet stunningly complex looking designs are always so inspiring and enjoyable to watch. Thanks for sharing you!
You are the queen of recycling. Love your ideas! The mini journal was my fav! The embossed pieces are really pretty too!
All of these ideas are great! Looking forward to see what can be made of a plastic milk bottle. As always, thank you for the tutorials and for the inspiration.
What a talented lady! Everyone of these projects are super. I’ve been saving Starbucks Via small boxes to do a project based on handling the same way you handled the milk boxes. Now this is upcycling! Carol from California
I Love them all. Your imagination is astounding. I will be saving my milk boxes to make the folders, and both pouches. Thank you for sharing this tutorial. You make it so easy to follow. ❤❤❤❤❤
I love them all but I love the coin purse, and the file folder one. The same two you like. I just love your creativity and thank you for sharing.
I love recycling and you have done it beautifully. thank you!
Embossing with the carton pannels make impressive prints. Beautiful.
Exquisite projects. I cannot pick 1 favorite. Love them all!

Wow - you're so amazingly creative with 'junk' to treasure!
Thank you! 😊
Very inspiriting...You are a genius...Your ideas are fantastic...Who would have thought of this? I really believe, now, any material can be used as/in a junk journal. Thank you for sharing your creative ideas.........😻
Absolutely! Thank you 😊
Wonderful sustainability ideas. Your instructions are clear and concise. Excellent. Many thanks.
Thank you so much Natasha, I really really enjoyed watching you creating all these amazing and beautiful pieces just from Tetra pack’s. I really really love ❤️ them all they’re so cute and adorable too, and I really really love ❤️ this idea very much indeed. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags ❤❤❤❤
You could also cover the cartons with contact papers/vinyls. Love your ideas!
This is fun! I like the secrecy between the pockets! Fun way to keep my cuts and findings in. I love pockets! ❤🎉
Oh my Natasha! I saved this tutorial for my Sunday morning coffee time☕because I knew it would be filled with inspiration😉. These are absolutely wonderfully gorgeous!🥰 Such creative and unique projects (as usual...lol). Always a pleasure to watch. Tfs your novel ideas💡. I really appreciate it..hugs💞
I like all of them! This goes to show that nothing is trash! Thank you!!😊
Natasa, you constantly inspire me to at least try something!!! I’m still “collecting” more than doing, sighhhh. But I appreciate you always giving options other than running out to buy something new.
I just really think if I have exactly what you have, it’ll turn out exactly like yours!! I know I know, doesn’t work like that! 😂
Thank you for sharing your creative genius with us!! It really is a gift! Much❤️
In my province in Canada we get deposit money back on all beverage containers so I am not going to work with this particular material but will definitely use for many of that other packaging. I create my own fabric paper for junk journal hinges using masking tape. When I use masking tape in projects just to hold glued parts temporarily, once all is dry, instead of throwing used tape away I stick the pieces to the back of a fabric piece. Then I glue that fabric with taky glue to cardstock easily. But I will make a point to check op shops for that double-sided carpet tape for sure. And I love paper + fabric combination a lot. Recently I started gluing strips of paper with quotes on strips of fabric with frayed edges and those look so cozy and good! I want to make a whole JJ with page edges done this way. Better than lace and super cheap!
Hello Natasa, those are fabulous ideas, hard to believe they are made from a milk carton. Thanks for sharing.🩵
I love your carton makeover. You are so talented, I love everything that you make and cannot wait for your next tutorial. Thank you very much.
I really love this idea. I use almond milk and dislike the idea that they might be recycled from my bin. Thanks a million. 😁💖🇦🇺
Now I wish I drank milk from those cartons! Your creativity is inspiring.
Thank you! Cheers!
Love, love, love this. The embossed carton near the end is amazing and I love the little flip book. All of it! I'm having a very fun evening getting caught up with your wonderful channel :)
You come up with unique projects that I absolutely love. Your talent is special. Love watching you create. You do use products that would otherwise just be thrown out and make beautiful usable items. Think my favorite was the tall pocket one. Guess I'll need to be saving my chicken stock containers for a project. Be well, be safe & TYFS
Love them all but the small pouch with the “button” closure is my favorite. ♥️
What a cool idea!!! 🐞
My favorite artist! What a treat today. 😊
Wow! How fun is this?! I loved them all, but my favorite is the big folio one that I can use in a drawer or basket to save all my ephemera I work on. I would have to get it done from you because my hands are not that strong to bend those milk cartons. 😂😂😂
You are the Queen of trash to treasure for Junk journals! ❤❤❤
You always always always pay such good attention to the tiny little details so we all truly understand how to achieve that finished, professional look. Thank you so much for showing us exactly how to get the corners perfectly secure while sturdy and lasting. I really cannot thank you enough for demystifying this artistic, creative process and ensuring our individual successes! Happiest Holiday season to you, Sweetest Gift Giver down undah! 🎉 You also give me comfort by the melodic lilt of your lyrical words. Bob's your uncle! 😂❤
Thank you again, dear! Love all these ideas. I can get started right away… Have already been saving some packages… Big hug for you, beautiful Soul. 🙏🏼🤗💝🇳🇱
So comprehensive and you are fantastic at describing how to make things! ❤👏🙌
Thanks so much! 😊
OMgosh it's so funny to see your bloopers and the reactions when you work things out!!!
You always have the most creative upcycling/recycling ideas! Thanks for sharing
Thank you! Cheers!
the queen of recycling! love it!!
5⭐+ I’m inspired to make pretty glasses cases for my tiny glasses and jumbo Hollywood hangover sun glasses that will also hold the special cleaning clothes for the glasses. It will keep them safe in my purse or boho handbag. A nice clutch purse could be made with the cartons too. And a pouch to hold my inhaler in my purse. This is the most inspiration I’ve had in a short period of time. THANK YOU!
Love all the projects, my favorite is the album. They are all very beautiful Natasha.
Recycling in such a beautiful way and it is even very usefull - great !!! Thank you so much!
Best regards from Austria ❤ 😊 🌺🌸🌺♥️
Bernadette
Dear Natasha
Thank you so much. I am going to make three small purses as gifts.with love and hugs from Sri Lanka ❤
Now I’m going to have to figure out how to figure out how to clean and save these without my hubby knowing I’m saving one more thing 😂😂😂😊. Great projects TFS
Lol lol! A woman after my own heart... My hubby and I have a standing joke - I often pick things up (completely un-art-related and often rubbish) and say, "I wonder if I could make art out of this?" He answers with a resounding "NO!!" which I take as a challenge - I make art out of it to prove him wrong! He thinks I'm nuts.
I can't look at anything now without wondering how I could use it and I have a whole box full of tissue boxes, any packaging with windows in it, or interesting flaps, etc. Easter egg packaging can be interesting and full of potential, too. And don't get me going on tea bags - I have two large boxes full of them! One of my favourite recycling ideas is the accordion-folded leaflets that come with my medication. Before unfolding them, I punch holes in them with my Crop-a-Dile and then unfold them - you get a gorgeous semi-organised, semi-random pattern of holes. Spray through them as stencils - you get 2 great papers for the price of one (free, actually!) and they are great on the gel plate, too. The printing on them just adds texture. Fabulous collage fodder.
I love the sounds you made at the beginning
I'm loving ❤️ 😍 your recycled ♻️ treasures thanks so much for sharing 😊 & have a great weekend 😊
Love your channel. Love the way you repurpose. Something I love to do. Thank you so much. You're very talented ❤
❤❤❤❤ truly beautifully done. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful weekend. Sherry
This is so cool 😍I love upcycling projects. Also those compass brads are awesome!
Amazing! Something out of nothing! You always have the most fab ideas!!! 😊💕
Robust fun projects. Love the album.
You explain everything so clearly.
You are amazing!! I loved them all as I do all your work and designs but my favorite is the last one. I think it's the easiest to make but it's all so adorably cute, lol! Thank you for sharing and please keep them coming. =)))
another nice video. all 3 ideas are fun! I already knew the smallest one, but you make it something completely different! I love the mini album 👌😊
I love the mini album first and then the rest! ❤👍
Love everything you do you explain so well thanks for sharing all the wonderful things you do xx
Amazing! You always blow me away... thank you for sharing your creative genius with us!
I love how you upcycle things that most people would toss, and that you also point out many alternatives.
These are so Kool and so love making Trash into treasure love them all. Thanks for sharing dear.💖
I LOVE this video tutorial!! I've been wanting ideas of what to do with tetra packs for years! The mini pouch is my favorite!
Yay! Thank you!
I love you so much for drinking oat milk! 💓🥰 Also thank you for your beautiful ideas! You're so creative! 👏
Me too! We have all non-dairy now. I hate the cruelty associated with industrialised dairy farming and non-dairy milk is so much better for your health.
Oat milk all the way !!!! Hahah
You are so creative, love your videos ❤
All are my favorite 🤩 again I will say this I like your video because u make things from trash to treasure. Can’t wait to make one of these.
Bonjour Natasa 😁🇨🇦 ones again another great insperation i love love love ❣️
Love them all. I have ordered your book, thanks for all your imagination!
Thank you so much!!
That shiny surface can actually be used as glue. You just place your paper or fabric on it and then iron over it. The plastic melts and sticks everything together.
Wow - fabulous tip!
I tried that, but it didn't work
Honestly......I spend more time correcting mistakes than I do finishing actual projects on time! I make it into a challenge and very rarely scrap anything.
When I saw where you were going to do this with milk cartons i thought "Oh no...I'll never do this project!" and of course after you do your "Treasure Magic" and turn it into beautiful work, I've enjoyed seeing it done. I actually think that YOU, of any and all people, could really turn a "sow's ear into a silk Purse"!👌❤ (please don't actually try and do that 🤥)
In the UK, we call them "press studs." Don't know if that's what they're known as elsewhere.
Fab video again Natasa, thank you. Xx
So using the book cloth you taught us how to make would be idea for covering the surface then. Maybe even using a printed sticker sheet that has a custom printed on it would work as well. Hmmm I might have to give that sticker sheet idea a try. See you inspired me on the spot! This is why I love your mentorship.
Amazing, great ideas. Thanks for sharing your skill with us.
Thank you! Cheers!
45:34 you said it just so beautifully. really loved the video. i want to make that coin purse soon as a replacement for my current wallet. i am so annoyed by how i pay 30 bucks for something and it breaks after ~2-3 years max. might as well upcycle something and replace it every few months, but at least it was cheap, didn't cost much and i had fun making it. thanks so much for the inspiration!
Glad to see someone else journalling with these too. Love your ideas!! ❤
Where do you get all your ideas??? I know everytime I get a notification that you have posted a new video, I have to watch it right away to see what new stuff you have come up with! I love it. I am going to make a few of these. Wonderful!!🌺🌺🌺🌷
Your creativity is astounding!! These are amazing! Thank you for sharing with us!😄
Thanks so much 😊
Can’t wait to see what you come up with for the plastic jugs.
You are truly mesmerizing! Such ingenuity, such talent! Love you as always! Can't wait to get creating! TY ❤
Great projects! 😃👍 My favourite is the book. but.... they're all really cool. and I love that you up-cycled.
