Transcribing like this can be therapeutic, like meditating. You can also learn or review vocabulary, grammar, and the concepts that the article talks about. 老師好，我有買這本書，給自己訂下了每天早上一起床梳洗完第一件事就是要抄寫一篇的目標，剛開始會偷懶或忘記，但隨著天數的累積，慢慢的也養成了習慣，後來抄完自己錄音，試著模仿老師的發音跟抑揚頓挫，每天早上做完這件事都覺得很滿足，最後寫完100篇還有些意猶未竟😂 感謝這本書幫我養成了每天練習的習慣，還有享受過程的心態，每天靜心專注的完成任務，長時間下來寫完一整本筆記本很有成就感，不緊盯自己有沒有在進步，因為我知道這方式一定有幫助😊 目前也繼續維持每天的早晨英文練習，我把它當成一個紓壓的方式，靜心寫字的過程就像是一種冥想，再次感謝這本書改變了我本來急躁無章法的學習方式！非常推薦大家擁有並實行！
