Hey Ryan, this documentary called: „Flüstern & Schreien 1988/1994: Feeling B und Sandow - zwei Ostberliner Bands zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart". It was a 103-minute-TV-documentary shown at the german tv channel MDR at the 1st of may 1995 at 22:55 p.m. and a second time (I don´t remember the date, also in that year, I think) at the tv channel RBB. Unfortunenately you don´t get a copy of this anymore, although this tv station offers a so-called Mitschnittservice. I just tried it - this production is "legally blocked", as they told me, so they are not allowed anymore to give copies away. I did some researches and then I got the information, that there were some disputes between the producers of the film - and, in addition to this, one of the two bands portraited in the film sued the producers, so that they had to remove filmsequences, after the documentary was shown in tv. So, the film officially does not exist anymore in its original version. :-( Sorry for bad news.
