Before You Adopt: Advice from an adoptee

Before you adopt get advice from an adoptee such as myself. I'm now 38 and was adopted at the age of 6. I had many years to reflect on before making this video.

Thank you for sharing this. I love hearing from adoptees. We adopted our daughter at birth. She’s our only child. I never want her to think or feel she is “less than” in any way. She is “our own.” Again...I’m thankful for you sharing, and I pray you are blessed and at peace now after some pretty horrific experiences.
