    A few more actions that you can do that are vital to winning: claim a milestone (5 to choose from, but only 3 can be claimed and it's first-come, first-served) or activate an award (5 to choose from, but only 3 can be activated; only gets resolved at the end of the game, so you could accidentally give an opponent points).

      Can blimps with plants inside the cargo hold be sent to Mars to exchange with the Martian atmosphere? Not one big blimp but many small blimps with whip cream size containers of compressed hydrogen that will decompress into the blimps and lift the blimps into the atmosphere. After the carbon is taken out of the CO2 and just oxygen is in the atmosphere have tiny remote pins that will stick a tiny hole in the balloons allowing the hydrogen in the balloon out to mix with the oxygen making water vapor.
      Want about Venus's upper atmosphere also?

      Could rockoons make it possible to sending equipment cheaper and also equipment that is not aerodynamic?

    Hey, you have an awesome channel and i love your videos. I have some questions about this game though: How did u magnetize the board? And are the pieces magnets or metal already? They look like plastic. Thanks

    • @3MBG
      @3MBG  6 років тому +10

      Right, so its a 3 part operation. The pieces are plastic, and the board is cardboard. So you have to create the magnetic effect using two different materials.
      First, you get a strip of "adhesive magnetic rubber". The same stuff fridge magnets are made of, and adhere it to the back of the board. It doesn't need to be the whole board, just the middle part if you want.
      Second, you laminate the board
      Finally, you get a small batch of mini "neodymium rare earth magnets", and super glue them to some pieces. I only did 6 per player to act as the "ones" digit for each resource.
      Google adhesive magnetic rubber and neodymium rare earth magnets to find a seller near you. I got mine from model craft shops.

    Hello! I’ve been playing this game for years and sent your video to a friend to get them to play. I’m curious though - why do you turn the red card events over once they’re played? Obviously these have tags on them so can be used if you get a card that says ‘increase production for every earth tag you have’ or ‘1m for every space tag’.... I’m pretty sure in the rule book it doesn’t say you have to turn them over?

    • @3MBG
      @3MBG  4 роки тому +3

      Tags on event cards only count as they are being played. You dont get their benefits later on. Rulebook, page 10, section 3

    • @jorandall2771
      @jorandall2771 4 роки тому +1

      3 Minute Board Games wow! Who knew! Completely missed that one. I don’t understand why there are cards though that say ‘get 1m for every event ever played’ - it seems like a redundant card then because you never see those tags as they are only on red cards 🤷🏼‍♀️

    • @3MBG
      @3MBG  4 роки тому +3

      You can still count the total events in that case. So its total face down cards. But yeah, tags on reds dont count.

    Wouldn't it be allot more realistic to produce sustainable life harboring vessels in space orbiting the Sun itself? Seems allot easier than terraforming an entire celestial body to me. Also, with enough self reliant groups of space faring humans, you could all but guarantee the survival of our species for next, idk, google years. Just a thought.

    • @3MBG
      @3MBG  3 роки тому +1

      Possibly, or Venus may even be easier for those vessels. Terraforming mars itself is monumental. One thing i like in the game is each turn is about 20-25 years. So the game takes place over 3-400 years.
