this is very nice. I'd love if it had come with Lois maybe or Jimmy or some other non-powered friend of Supes, then you could say, "oh they climbed in to help him despite not having powers, wowie zowee". Very comic booky, and it'd mean another character in the line
@@BradTheDCUniverseGeek for sure. I'm a sucker for those kinds of support characters getting figures, though. Like, I am going to be so sad if Multiverse Alfred doesn't come out.
We need a new Superman line. Imagine a Fortress playset. A Supermobile with Kryptonite sick Superman. A Legion Clubhouse playset. But knowing Warner Consumer Products, Batman's logo would be on it all.
This mech actually reminds me of the never-made Superman Lives movie. I recall reading the Kevin Smith-written script online, and it too included a battle mech that Superman wears for a portion of the movie after being brought back to life. But IIRC, the script has The Eradicator actually transform himself into the mech, so Superman is essentially wearing The Eradicator.
That would have been interesting. The Eradicator becomes the mech. I saw the documentry on the unmade Burton film. It was awesome. Also totally weird to see Nicolas Cage in a Super suit.
You are becoming my favorite reviewer for DC toys Brad, keep up the genuine enthusiasm? A question for you and everyone here, if you guys can design a DC action figure of your own, what would it be and which charachter? I would love to see a sonic zoom Superman from Justice League done in a Man of Steel style(I love 12 inch action figures with features that dun affect articulations) and Jong Li, the first asian green lantern in Multiverse line
I wasn’t a fan of that particular series either. That was during DC action figure history’s crazy Batman variant age. That’s why the 2002 Batman series and the animated The Batman was such a fun breath of fresh air to me.
That was also around the same time that Toy Biz was doing all of those crazy 10" Spider-Man figures like fishing Spider-Man and Fireman Spider-Man. At least the Batman variations were more adventurous in theme.
Brad, how does this thing compare size-wise to DCUC figures?... I know that a full figure wouldn't fit in there but do you think one would if it were taken apart at the waist? Would the head fit inside that cockpit dome?

I wish we had have gotten a good Jimmy and Lois Figure too in this action Figure line.

Hahahaha! I totally get the sentiment of the Batman logo remark. I’d love a fortress playset and a supermobile in 6” scale!
I love that you actually spelled out “Battle Suit” in Kryptonian on the thumbnail.
I was trying to give it a cool Kryptonian feel. 🙂

I always loved those booklets for other Kenner toys
Great Video.😁😁😁 The Battlesuit rox.
I have always wanted one of these. It’s the highlight of the line and brings back memories of the Post-Crisis Superman for me :-)
Just keep your eyes on eBay because they do come up from time to time. 🙂
Awesome! And thank you for replying!
This toy is really cool! Sadly I was in the middle of high school and too "grown up" for toys at the time. This looks really cool to have.
Shame we never got Cyborg Superman in this line.
I need to get one to repaint into a killer giant mech for 3" figures
How cool would a fortress of solitude have been in this line? Nice job!
A fortress would have be awesome!
Nowday toys need more of this. Just imagine this for 6 inch action figures.
I’ve always wanted a good 6” scale Supermobile and invisible jet. If those are ever made I will be a very happy man.
@@BradTheDCUniverseGeek you're our DC hero Brad, be a happy man for that too.
Ahhhhh! I used to have those!

Cool
That Kenner insert brings back old memories. Most of it was trash like that pirate Robin.

BTW. I wish there was a Cyborg Superman in this collection. This suit exactly for him.
I’ve spent years wishing they made a Cyborg Superman too. The fact that they didn’t is just crazy.
@@BradTheDCUniverseGeek you're crafty, would you make a custom?

Will you review that 10 inch Superman toy?
This toy is awesome, but I think Kenner should have made this a lex Luthor weapon, it would be a much cooler batle with Superman from this line!
How longer is? 30cm or 20?
Pls make total justice wave 2
Working on it now. 🙂
Feels like this should be luthors
Cool!
I could see Lex using this against Superman
Instead of recycling this for the STAS line, they should Jane remolded the top to look like the lexoskel 5000
"Metropolis? Over my dead body!"
Why on earth was this not a lex luthor battle suit fight Superman with?
Maan im old..this thing was 25 years ago
when it said robotic tank, i thought it would transform
