- My lyra performance from our fundraiser party on Friday night. We hosted an event at the lovely Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla, a rooftop venue overlooking the city and ocean with the sun setting in the background. Proceeds from the event will go to support the production of "Save My Soul", an aerial dance extravaganza premiering at the Fringe Festival in San Diego July 23-Aug. 2. It had a very 1920s flapper type of vibe to it. It seemed like you were taking the party on a trip back in time to the nightlife of the booming 20s!

Phantomhive Yes!! This party was to promote a big show I'm performing in coming up very soon. The theme of that show (as well as our fundraiser) is 1920's New Orleans Jazz with some darker VooDoo magic mixed in. Here's a preview film we made to also promote our show: vimeo.com/129729639

Is that a tabless Lyra? How easily is it rigged?
Aly Kat Yes, it's tabless. Super easy to rig by chokering a spanset around the top. You can use 1 to make it a single point or 2 to make it a double point. Really nice for moves when you sit on top of the lyra...no hardware in your crotch!!
