What I’ve found out about kd warriors is they really suck at pvp, once they crash their jets they have no idea what to do (aside from get on their depressor) it’s clear they just go after low levels to farm their k/d ratio but when their targeted by someone who wants to fight em they run.
Few days ago i Met a 10300kd in ps4, i kill him just three times and then he left XD.And my kd Is 1.40. The people with Low kd sometimes are the strongest

My strategy was to either leave the area if the odds were not in my favor (like having a couple Jets inbound or a MK2 when I was in a Hunter or Akula for example) or go somewhere where I cannot get hit and try to lure them into a trap. If I was in a Jet and I saw another come my way, I would usually engage them and typically win since most do not know how to dogfight (like the guy in this video failed to ease off throttle for sharper turns) I am retired though and haven't gone on a griefing run in over a year at this point (have used sub missiles on some people fighting though for giggles)

I've met kids on this game who try to make fun of me for having a less than 1.0KD but are trash at the game and cry cry cry when they lose against you. It's pathetic, KD warriors so worried about their score they forget...is game.
It could be the time that they care about. For me, my 9 took years to acquire (42k kills and 4600 deaths roughly) and a hit to that is undoing some of that time throughout the years. Might be different for them and now, the rare times I boot up the game again, I am either running old missions again for old time sake, fighting cops at fun spots, flying around public lobbies, seeing what is happening or just driving around.

So, because I am certifiably insane, I decided to use a systems of equations technique to determine exactly how many kills and deaths our villain had at that moment. Spoilers: I wasn't really impressed. Also, this might be a tiny bit long and boring but I promise its worth it. So, if we know that the ratio of his kills to deaths (Kills divided by deaths, or x/y) was equal to 10.84, and the ratio of his kills +1 and his deaths +1 ((x+1)/(y+1)) is equal to 10.82, then you can work backwards and determine that, after dying, he should have had just about 5323 kills, to 491 deaths. Give or take a few kills, we only had two decimal places to work with. This is why K/D is just so fucking meaningless. A brand new player, fresh off the streets, could kill 10 people, die once, and have a 10.0 KD. And when you factor in that you can cheese any fucking engagement with overpowered bullshit and run away the moment its no longer in your favor, KD in this game provides exactly zero representation of any kind of "skill." The only thing you're skilled at is abusing unbalanced broken bullshit. Now, lets say you played exclusively nothing but say, free aim RNG, ARs only, and had a 10.0 KD based on that. That'd be quite impressive. I'd respect that. Despite GTA's gunplay being medicore at best, maintaining 10 kills to 1 death on equal footing in practically any game is still quite respectable. Besides, consider the overall body of work. Like I said, any noob could walk off the street, buy an Oppressor MKII and kill 10 people. But maintaing that over time? Good luck. I don't sweat that hard, I don't pick fights, and you'll rarely see me in a jet or on an Oppressor. But that 1.56 KD? That comes from 31,332 Kills, 19,911 Deaths. Because think about it: in all games, there's always (theoretically) a skill ceiling that players will reach where they cannot feasibly perform any better due to technological or physiological limitations. As players reach this skill ceiling, and start fighting amongst themselves, their statisical performance (K/D, wins/losses, etc) will begin to plateau, because if you fight an equal, then natually your success rate will trend towards 50/50. If this clown actually sat down and played against players legimitately, instead of running and hiding all the time, you'd watch that dumbass 10.0 K/D tank hella fast. Hell, we watched it go down by .02 points *in a trade.* I find it funny, he's 1/6 my rank and has 1/6th of my kills. He fights dirty, I don't. Who's really "cooler" my guy? Good comment. Old friend of mine had a 60.0 or so kd and he only had about 200 player deaths. My 9.01 (iirc) is backed by around 42k kills and 4600 deaths so it is more meaningful. Something like that shows you have spent plenty of time in the field (and dies surprisingly little all things considered but I wouldn't consider myself super good, just cunning) When it comes to freeroam, I'd say the field is only semi even. You might ask "Snake, what the fuck are you saying?" What I mean is that anyone (to a degree) can go and get something like a mk2 and cause trouble with it and if someone wants to counter it, they can get their own. That is something I missed of the old days (Feb 2014 was my favorite time for freeroam fights) since it was pretty much even footing and you knew if something like a Rhino was coming based on either the location they went to, the speed of their dot, or hearing lots of explosions and sirens coming from them. You could either run away so it cannot get you (which balanced it since you could easily get away most of the time) take your chances with your C4s, GL or RPG (GL spam was the best way since it took about 8 but you could spam it) or get a tank of your own and try to out gun him. You could also get a Buzzard and try to get him with that (not the easiest thing in the world since you had to actually aim and you couldn't venture too close without getting shot out of the sky) or if you were desperate, go and snatch a Jet from the base (had to deal with cops so you had to do it right) and try to get him that way but again, the tank was tough and you need to know how to approach since if you mess up, bam, you are toast. I guess what I am getting at is that you can usually counter a lot of strategies but nowadays, that is harder to do with some being only checkable (as in, the Stromberg was a counter to the OG oppressor but a check to the MK2 since it CAN beat it and MK2s need to watch out but a MK2 can beat it too if they use their brain) and others being uncounterable.
bro i just finished doing the same thing and i thoroughly enjoyed that derivation altho i messed up sumwhere cuz i got like 54 deaths. i didn't use system of equations tho i thought of it but seemed like too much grid work so i tried to break it down algebraically. getting the difference of the two quotients and dividing one of them buy that, giving the denominator, definitely not right lmao
People were outside the bounds, prob by glitched tp jobs. People can kill others inside hangar but only if the person just joined to the session and spawned inside the hangar.
Honestly, I'm the type where if they blow themself up, I leave. If they kill me, they kill me. If they're in godmode, I leave. If they go ghost or off the radar, I just wait the time out.

It's pretty easy to have a high K/D in GTAO. You just have to kill a bunch of people minding their own business and switch sessions as soon as they start to fight back. Voila.
Yes happens a lot and more so recently, player jumps in and kills people quickly and then leaves. I was on my way towards one when someone else got them and they instantly left. Baited one with an avenger, avenger 1 vs MK2 0. They left instantly. Sad way to play a game.
I loved the fact that you agreed to a 1v1 with that guy's friend and then sent him an invite thru the Xbox menu not showing what kind of match it is, I can guess when that guy joined you and saw it was actually a Tennis match and not a Team Death match he must've been like "What the f---?" 😄😄
At least he was not in God Mode... Had one today, he was telling another player its only a game and get used to it. Agency RC car to test if he was in god mode and yep, so I orb him everytime he gets a vehicle. Starts spamming for me to stop, message him back its just a game get used to it. He left and his little friend who followed him everywhere in passive started saying I ruin the game for players. Asked him when a god mode player is killing randoms who are doing their own things is he not spoiling their game and he went silent. Double standards buit not enough brain cells to know that.
This guy is quite dedicated: He had about ~491 deaths vs. ~5322 kills at the beginning of this video. You can estimate these numbers from the measurable drop in K/D after his first death shown in the video at 4:55.
He probably just used K/D trap jobs, I did one awhile ago on a second account just to see how high I could get it, you just spawn a friend at the end of a corridor and spam rounds with a widow maker/minigun

This type of gamer has even made its way into BF2042. Luckily over there, there isn't many dirty tactics and they usually get shot in the back as they run away. It's always funny when an enemy tank runs away with full health from another tank and refuses to fight even though they cant escape. Its always a satisfying ending for these types in battlefield.
The only time I warp is when I'm on ground and a hydra or lazer or savage is approaching. It's just not fun being gunned down by those things. And mind you that e rounds aren't a guarantee to take them down as 1) they could use the dive bomb tactic (with the jets) where you can't hit them and 2) you have only 40 rounds max and also lose 4 every time you die.
I find it's the opposite though. I have a high K/D (I know cool, right?) and I almost always have players come for me in populated lobbies. I'm guessing they think I'm gonna grief.

A KD that high is definitely bullshit. I have 50k kills, 13k deaths. Been playing since November 2013, even though I retired from GTA early 2020 for good. I grinded hella money and had a lot of fun with my friends after grinding sessions. For the times I sold my product in public lobbies, I was successful much of the time because I was aware of what was coming before it could reach me and that's the problem; GTA is full of unaware players. People that don't know how to look at the map. I also got much of my kills from destroying griefers 20-0 to 20-4. I like to wear combat outfits and goofy outfits. Another problem with players today is when they see accounts like mine with a rank of 1210, they automatically say it's modded and try to harass me. Another reason why I quit. I think UA-camrs have a lot of influence on young minds and it's changed the landscape of GTA forever.

I got a 2.0 kd but that from people starting a fight with me. Not showing off but a kd of 0.90 to 1.20 doesnt always been their legit fights. It also depends on how they fight . People just speak out their minds without properly thinking 🤦🏽♂️
I think mine is in the low 9s. Back in the day, I used to fight in public lobbies a lot. Used many different strategies like Buzzards, Jets, Tank traps, reverse driving Entities and simple gunfighting. Now, I may use the Kotsaka missiles on a group of people fighting and see how that goes. Am basically retired from that stuff.

Bro I have a 2.7 and I don’t really engage in pvp, I’m just pretty good at swatting down flies when they pop up but I hate it. In a lot of sessions I end up getting targeted or spammed just because of that if not invited to degenerate tryhard crews.
Am I considered a KD warrior if I care about it staying over 1? I feel like around 1 is a decent KD and under 1 means you died to more players than you've killed. I might be one of those people where I would go nuts if it's under 1 but wouldn't care if it goes down. That makes sense, right?

Something like that shows you have spent plenty of time in the field (and dies surprisingly little all things considered but I wouldn't consider myself super good, just cunning)
When it comes to freeroam, I'd say the field is only semi even. You might ask "Snake, what the fuck are you saying?" What I mean is that anyone (to a degree) can go and get something like a mk2 and cause trouble with it and if someone wants to counter it, they can get their own. That is something I missed of the old days (Feb 2014 was my favorite time for freeroam fights) since it was pretty much even footing and you knew if something like a Rhino was coming based on either the location they went to, the speed of their dot, or hearing lots of explosions and sirens coming from them. You could either run away so it cannot get you (which balanced it since you could easily get away most of the time) take your chances with your C4s, GL or RPG (GL spam was the best way since it took about 8 but you could spam it) or get a tank of your own and try to out gun him. You could also get a Buzzard and try to get him with that (not the easiest thing in the world since you had to actually aim and you couldn't venture too close without getting shot out of the sky) or if you were desperate, go and snatch a Jet from the base (had to deal with cops so you had to do it right) and try to get him that way but again, the tank was tough and you need to know how to approach since if you mess up, bam, you are toast.
I guess what I am getting at is that you can usually counter a lot of strategies but nowadays, that is harder to do with some being only checkable (as in, the Stromberg was a counter to the OG oppressor but a check to the MK2 since it CAN beat it and MK2s need to watch out but a MK2 can beat it too if they use their brain) and others being uncounterable.
bro i just finished doing the same thing and i thoroughly enjoyed that derivation altho i messed up sumwhere cuz i got like 54 deaths. i didn't use system of equations tho i thought of it but seemed like too much grid work so i tried to break it down algebraically. getting the difference of the two quotients and dividing one of them buy that, giving the denominator, definitely not right lmao

Honestly, I'm the type where if they blow themself up, I leave. If they kill me, they kill me. If they're in godmode, I leave. If they go ghost or off the radar, I just wait the time out.

It's pretty easy to have a high K/D in GTAO. You just have to kill a bunch of people minding their own business and switch sessions as soon as they start to fight back. Voila.

I loved the fact that you agreed to a 1v1 with that guy's friend and then sent him an invite thru the Xbox menu not showing what kind of match it is, I can guess when that guy joined you and saw it was actually a Tennis match and not a Team Death match he must've been like "What the f---?" 😄😄
At least he was not in God Mode... Had one today, he was telling another player its only a game and get used to it. Agency RC car to test if he was in god mode and yep, so I orb him everytime he gets a vehicle. Starts spamming for me to stop, message him back its just a game get used to it. He left and his little friend who followed him everywhere in passive started saying I ruin the game for players. Asked him when a god mode player is killing randoms who are doing their own things is he not spoiling their game and he went silent. Double standards buit not enough brain cells to know that.

This guy is quite dedicated: He had about ~491 deaths vs. ~5322 kills at the beginning of this video. You can estimate these numbers from the measurable drop in K/D after his first death shown in the video at 4:55.
He probably just used K/D trap jobs, I did one awhile ago on a second account just to see how high I could get it, you just spawn a friend at the end of a corridor and spam rounds with a widow maker/minigun

This type of gamer has even made its way into BF2042. Luckily over there, there isn't many dirty tactics and they usually get shot in the back as they run away. It's always funny when an enemy tank runs away with full health from another tank and refuses to fight even though they cant escape. Its always a satisfying ending for these types in battlefield.

The only time I warp is when I'm on ground and a hydra or lazer or savage is approaching. It's just not fun being gunned down by those things. And mind you that e rounds aren't a guarantee to take them down as 1) they could use the dive bomb tactic (with the jets) where you can't hit them and 2) you have only 40 rounds max and also lose 4 every time you die.

A KD that high is definitely bullshit. I have 50k kills, 13k deaths. Been playing since November 2013, even though I retired from GTA early 2020 for good. I grinded hella money and had a lot of fun with my friends after grinding sessions. For the times I sold my product in public lobbies, I was successful much of the time because I was aware of what was coming before it could reach me and that's the problem; GTA is full of unaware players. People that don't know how to look at the map. I also got much of my kills from destroying griefers 20-0 to 20-4. I like to wear combat outfits and goofy outfits.
Another problem with players today is when they see accounts like mine with a rank of 1210, they automatically say it's modded and try to harass me. Another reason why I quit. I think UA-camrs have a lot of influence on young minds and it's changed the landscape of GTA forever.
I remember a few years ago I was fighting a guy in a pub and he invited me to golf after like 30 minutes of us going at it. We played golf for longer

I got a 2.0 kd but that from people starting a fight with me. Not showing off but a kd of 0.90 to 1.20 doesnt always been their legit fights. It also depends on how they fight . People just speak out their minds without properly thinking 🤦🏽♂️

Back in the day, I used to fight in public lobbies a lot. Used many different strategies like Buzzards, Jets, Tank traps, reverse driving Entities and simple gunfighting. Now, I may use the Kotsaka missiles on a group of people fighting and see how that goes. Am basically retired from that stuff.

What I want to say is if the Kosatka is close to a Shore and the Enemy starts a Sparrow there it can be a Problem.

Bro I have a 2.7 and I don’t really engage in pvp, I’m just pretty good at swatting down flies when they pop up but I hate it. In a lot of sessions I end up getting targeted or spammed just because of that if not invited to degenerate tryhard crews.

Am I considered a KD warrior if I care about it staying over 1? I feel like around 1 is a decent KD and under 1 means you died to more players than you've killed. I might be one of those people where I would go nuts if it's under 1 but wouldn't care if it goes down. That makes sense, right?
I mean I care about KD in the sense of I like to win and winning increases my KD (Albeit not by much because I've got 36,000 kills)
