Such a beautiful beta.. Never ever seen before... In the recent betta scenario, keeping at it at it's peak with almond water and such air view cleanliness.... Wow....
I know bettas don’t like flow but I like to use small hob on all my betta tanks and found that sometimes they enjoy to swim through the flow of the filter , which gives them some enjoyment and something to do.
Just beautiful fish. I have closely followed your betta project from when you began in order to learn all the latest betta techniques. I've taken notes of new products for bettas as well. The clear dark water product from fritz to add beneficial compounds just astounds me. That took some very clever R&D. Used to just use magnolia leaves out of the yard. They're everywhere in tenn. At any rate I finished the stand for my new 20gal betta tank and getting close to starting it. Just the Cory cats for a couple weeks while shopping for my betta. Thank you for sharing with us ben.
I have two giant bettas, One is blueish green and yellow, and I have yet to name it. The other is dark blue and red, and it's name is Jay. I've only had jay for 5 or 6 weeks, and the other for a little over a week, but they are just awesome fish! They each have their own 10g right now, but I'm not sure that's enough long term, so I'm thinking about getting a 33 long and splitting it for them.
Thanks for this update video! I’m using the Nano Micron filter in a 4G Aqueon Rimless planted tank. One issue is that on the lowest flow rate for the betta with the filter at the water surface, I get biofilm. Increasing the flow helps, but how do I combat the biofilm while keeping the betta happy with a low flow from this filter? I think it's a good filter, and I appreciate how quiet it is. P.S. I had trouble with the suction cups at first. Take the filter out and wipe dry the suction cup with a paper towel, replace the filter in the tank. The suction has held up really good!
I ended up using it at second setting. I think a lot of plants and decor is the best way to break up the flow. I’m going to add more floating plants like sprite.
Love how clean you keep the betta home. they look healthy and living they're best life, great work 😍
Thank you 😀👍🏻
