Another fine tutorial with Army Painter paints, great! I also like it when the miniature is from a medium/small company, like PP, Mantic, Warlord...
Painting large skin areas is a challenge for me - for example, a barbarian figure, with very little clothing.

+Rodrigo Reston I do have a few Warlord Games Celts that would be a perfect example of how to paint large areas of flesh. I will certainly keep this in mind for future tutorials.

I really appreciate this video, currently struggling to select a colour scheme for my new dwarf army :p

I would love to see some abyssal dwarfs, it should be very similar to this one though, maybe some half-breeds?

    Nice Tutorial as always.
Do you have orcs from Kings of war as well if you do can you paint one up only if you have the model for it? :)

Great tutorial as always. Will we be seeing any Dungeon Saga tutorials in the near future?

+Grant Weatherby Certainly, I've been itching to paint the heroes from the set so there is a good chance that I will be including this in a tutorial.

Nice tutorial - thanks! I'm still a novice, but I've seen some folks do ink washes last, after highlights, to pull the colors together. I'm sure it's just personal preference, but was wondering if you have any thoughts or examples? Also, I'd love to see a tutorial on painting human cavalry (KoM, Basileans, Brotherhood, Rhordia). Would particularly love Brotherhood, but I'm sure there isn't a mass appeal to them. ;)

+COKOW It really is personal preference and either technique is just as valid. An ink was over a basecoat (as I did) was a way of adding shading to the recesses and darkening the overall colour before I highlighted up. The only trouble with painting Brotherhood troops at this moment is that it will most likely just end up as a Bretonnian tutorial. However, I would like to cover Basileans at some point in the future.

    No undercoat or primer?

Yep, I used a grey primer. I mention it at the beginning of the tutorial.

+Nick Grant I ran a poll over on the Kings of War Facebook page of what people would most like to see. Dwarfs came first followed by Undead so yes, Skeletons are certainly next on the list for Kings of War tutorials.
