" 'Not meant for human use' stands for 'awesome weapon I will *definitely* be using' " ...Well, can't say I didn't warn you. XD Fortunately, as the *player* you're immune to any potential radiation, accidental teleportation, loss of years of lifespan, that your character may suffer as a result.
When I found this chakram, was like omg finally can use the Rust lich set for something. Combined with the boons and the armor bonuses is ridiculous. When it comes to bosses, I use the cerulean saber with a rainbow hex enchantment. For normal and elite enemies, I go with the rusted sword instead, it gives us elemental vulnerability with a high build-up rate. It has the lowest durability of any weapon in the game, so it breaks very fast. Which is actually not a problem since we don't have any physical damage. The debuff applies even if is broken, we also keep the impact damage. Enchanted with the poltergeist. What is not affected by our armor's Physical damage penalty, and bypasses armor.
Thinking outside the box, I love it. Never thought to use the rusted sword with a build like this! 100% a really powerful chakram. Only like an hour playing with it and I was already pumped to murder bosses with it.
@@buritomaster I like the swords better, and goes well with the Rust Lich set. It's s a rusted sword, after all. The build doesn't have physical damage. Durability doesn't matter for elemental vulnerability. For impact, I use this chakram.
super lucky with this chakram portals, always find them on the way running back to the refuge, aand one of them spawn right outside the refuge, takes me only around 40 minutes to get the whole process done. thanks to this video
Awesome. Glad you had a decent time with these. It can be hard to do the first time, but once you know how the the portal spawns work its a pretty cool process.
I had found this chakram recently and had no Idea what I was supposed to do with it at the time so just sold it lol I'll probably get it with a hex mage and try it out. Thx for the vids as always!
This weapon in fact is very good with rust lich armor. Add in the scepter of the crule priest or radiant wolf sword and you are and elemental warrior not to be trifled with.
Have you covered the Breath of Darkness quest? Also: You can do this at the beginning of the game? Afraid not, since you cannot legitimately enter the Caldera before completing your chosen faction quest line, preventing you from even starting the quest until then.
I have not covered that quest yet but would like to. Also you can enter Caldera whenever you like. You just can't enter New Sirocco. This chakram can be grabbed at the beginning of the game and I have done it before. It is annoying to do because you don't have good armor for weather and stamina, but it can be done.
My toon hasnt joined a faction but travelled to Caldera in low gear. I didnt know about this strange chakram when I entered the immaculates refuge. Was a pleasant surprise. But saw that strang green portal and went searching what it does. Its how I came on this channel.
Thank you once again for the awesome video! I’m DEFINITELY checking this out now that I finally got my ghost drums and sky chimes … wondering what kind of insane sheen-nanigans I can get into lol
Cabal hermit, philosopher, hex mage with rust lich set and light menders backpack, enchant Flux to rust lich boots for bonus 5% lightning damage with light menders backpack another 10%. I go holy mission for radiant wolf sword for pure elemental damage build with an emphasis on lightning. Pairs great with this Chakram
Sounds like a freakin beast. With the pure lightning damage on the sword, you will be able to deal elemental damage like crazy. Thanks for the heads up!
@@SheenShots You also could in theory put the radiant wolf sword in legacy and then make a new character that joins Heroic Kingdom for the 15% bonus damage perk. Stack that with Blessed Boon and lightning varnish. If i'm doing the math right with all the right gear that's 85% bonus lightning damage alone. I have got to try that!
@@Ryuma_MO Dang. Legacy chest stuff is some much fun. I really like how they did that system and made it reasonably challenging to get the stuff on a new character. Lightning damage with that sword would be unmatched.
can you use warm potions or perhaps the Flame spell that catches you on fire to increase the overall Damage of your Disk's fire damage, or drinking and buffing yourself to do more lightning damage make its lightning element stronger and overcap past 5?
Yes. Literally any buff you can think of will increase the damage of this chakram. Doing all the numerous things at once makes it ridiculous which is why the damage is only 7 for each element lol.
Can you replace one of the chakram in the Discs of Death build with this or are those 2 still better for that build? Great videos, bumped on your channel just a couple days ago after getting the definitive edition and subbed
Yes, this will work with any armor set that has damage bonuses. It is best to pair it with rust lich armor, but that is a much later find and very weak to physical. Antique is strong all around making it a great choice here. (Use the first chakram to inflict elemental vulnerability and then switch to this. You will do 25% more damage in every element making it do even more damage)
I'm running a 90% cooldown reduction + chakram build and not sure if I should go for this since I am doing a mix of physical/elemental. Can't do Rust Lich and keep my 90% CDR :(
You won't be able to do the quest until after the faction, but the region itself is open at all times. This quest is one you can do pretty much as soon as you want.
if I sold it by mistake is there any chance that it will respawn in the cave of the immaculate after a few days? because I have no idea who I sold it to... it's a total disaster :(
A lot of magic exists in Outward, but if you compare the spells to other games the spells do feel primitive. The distorted experiment could be an attempt to create a new spell in Outward like the spell Teleportation or at least Dimension Door.
An experiment gone wrong. The portal and chakram can be found in a decently hidden cave. Which may be because it was some sort of forbidden magic that never got fully perfected.

Yes we don't get to see the end of our character, so lets hope the portals don't give you a horrifying death or anything 😬
Would love to see someone crazy enough to go and use just this charkram against the goddess boss fight
Love how you showcase the weapon against two Boreo for a casual showcase but then you spot the Dweller right next to them 😅

my suggestion is to find these portals at nighttime cuz it will be much easier to spot these brightening things inside the darkness.

Definitely worth a try with a hex mage. It gets really crazy once you buff with boons. Sorta like prismatic flurry for mages.
I think a Rust Lich armor build would be very exciting to play! This chakram is awesome :)

Figures! I tossed this thing into storage when I first found it 🤣. I should've known better.
At least you didn't sell it lol. A few people have done that and regretted it even more.
Lmao, oh no! I never sell something I suspect to be useable! Just lost in one of my characters' stash inventory.
@@dragonsilvermist9526 Lol the bottomless pocket of stored items.

Haha! Love the Sheenanagins lol. This charkam is super cool and the quest to get it is (long) but really interesting and mysterious.

Yeah I remember that one I got it just to collect the unique items in the game.I paired it with my hex-shaman.

DS9... your ultimate weapon is the cardassian built battle station?
Thanks man ! cool hidden items these. Ever notice it looks almost exactly like the Star Trek Deep Space 9 Station ?
I do now! We need a DLC where we get to go to space through portals now lol.
thx bro!
Glad I could help!
Cool weapon
Very cool. The whole portal thing was a very interesting idea.
How do you pick this up at the start of the game? I thought you had to progress through the entire Faction storyline to unlock the quest to go here?
You won't be able to do the quest until after the faction, but the region itself is open at all times. This quest is one you can do pretty much as soon as you want.
Rainbow Hex would probably be good with this
Do more damage to all the elements. Would be a great idea!
Could you make a video with your top 3 armors???
Love the idea! Might make it top 5 though!
Please tell me this isn't just on pc? This game looks amazing
it is not just on PC, been playing it on Xbox Series X and I believe is also available on PS5
if I sold it by mistake is there any chance that it will respawn in the cave of the immaculate after a few days? because I have no idea who I sold it to... it's a total disaster :(
I do not think this weapon respawns unfortunatly.
Thx for ur vids
Heck ya! Thanks for watching!
You excited for the Definitive edition?

Game crashed on the first portal and now there's none to be found.
If you play on pc try to load old save
@anixiv7771 🫠I play on xbox sad times. Ima look for the portals again.
@anixiv7771 Found them it, they popped in at night time.
They are a bit easier to find at night.
Glad you got it all worked out, good luck portal hunting lol
I messed up, I'm the like #70 :(
