    After 20 visits in BKK I didnt bargain in MBK, 5 euros for good quality stuff is ok, in Netherlands you have to pay 4 times more for shitty stuff, but ok I do sometimes when buying like 5 pieces, just for conversation

      Yeah I was quite shocked at how good the starting price was for T-shirts as the price normally starts about 2x higher than what you can get it for. I thought I was going to walk out with £2.50 T-shirts man 😂

    Frangs will happly tip 20% in the west but come to Thailand and wanna bargain a shirt from 250baht to 60 baht. Tight arses

    I went there last month, they dont have Amiris, Purple, Moncler, givenchy and the other newer fake designers, its all the same old supremes and guccis :(

    For a long time, as the price of Chanel increased, I no longer thought I could afford it. I think I'll be happy that I have the kislux as my travel bag that I don't have to take care of. By the way, I'm sure no one will have a hard time telling the difference. Thanks for the comparison.

    I’m all for getting a good price but negotiating over $1 is crazy and not worth the buyers or sellers time.

    Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

      I mean I'm definitely not rich mate. I come from a single parent family in social housing. I can appreciate my life isn't as difficult as some other people out there but I wouldn't say I'm rich by far.

    MBK has slightly higher quality than a lot of other copy markets, but they aren't willing to lower the price much. Im pretty good at it myself but nothing really works there, im more than willing to walk away, which in a lot of cases will get the price lowered but at MBK they have so many tourists that will pay they mind if you walk away.

    I think the nike bag in green would cost them in bulk maybe 50-70 baht... im going in 2 months alone first time out of europe for 2 weeks any advice for thailand ?

      Mate I hope you have an amazing time man!! My only advice would be to explore everything! There are so many amazing places to go, do it all! If you're going alone make sure to check the tours and hostels as it's a great way to meet new people who are also solo travelling

    When you go to H & M and you buy same quality for £19.99 without a luxury brand name you dont ask for Extreme discounts there.They need to pay for Rent, Electric and Police tips ,they are making Pennies pal

      Hi Mate! Surprisingly heavy like normal ones. I'm not a fan of thin T-shirts so it is perfect for me man. But I'm sure they also have thin ones if you're looking for that.

    I bought that Patagonia shirt and bathing ape shirt from the blonde lady . Thesw shirts lasted 2 years before they started to fade out. The quality was fantastic and if you buy multiple shirts she will bring the price down to 180-200 ❤️

      @@jakecoopertravel prcies are a little more. Standard prices is about 250 for the mid high quality that will last. Buy 5 easy get it to 200 without much negotiation.

    You'll rarely get much of a discount when buying one item. Buy two or more and the price will drop. Always remember that the vendors are better at bargaining than you are.

    Man They are expensive than my country Tunisia and I can get good quality from china so strange ! I watched a couples of vlogs ,Thailand not that cheap comparing to my country maye cheap for american or japanese because them economic and Currency so high but you said is a good quilty so it's okay if

      Oh I totally agree, Thailand has been by far the most expensive that I have been too. However you can find a few good deals like the t-shirts which I was quite pleased with. How much do you normally pay in Tunisia?

      Its because Bangkok is the most visited city in the world. So they inflate the price on everything now. I remember visited Bangkok in 2005 and I bought a couple of tshirts that cost just USD1.50 after conversion. That tshirts lasted me like 5-6 years

      @@jakecoopertravel Based on their names, appearance, and accent, I recognized them. Most migrated from Nepal to Burma during the British rule. In Burma, there are approximately a million Burmese who speak Nepali; their ancestors arrived as Gurkha Soldiers and chose to remain after the war. A considerable number of them are employed in Thailand.

    What’s the best place for quality watches? I’ve been to MBK two years ago but I didn’t notice good quality stuff there honestly. I’m going back next month

      I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I didn't notice many places to get watches. I know Turkey is very big for that though.

    Not the best deals there, at least that's been my experience there. But tons of fake ish...
    Id say those shorts shoyod sell for abot 2.50gbp.
    I get good quality tshirts in the US for what theyre asking. Im here for the bargains..lol
    I was just there a couple months ago to buy shoes. Supersports, i think its on tje 3rd floor, has sime ok deals and all real stuff, no fake

      Yeah MBK has changed a lot! Definitely a lot more expensive than it used to be. It is still worth visiting though as I enjoyed talking with the vendors too :)
