Always dissapoints me when 'pro' players say stuff like this. Infact, I think that with BG Blitz becoming a permanent addition, they should make random bgs scale like BG blitz in terms of gear, make it more arcade and more beginner friendly. Because it's true, BG's are the cradle of WoW PvP. All these muscled up, caffeined neckbeards playing arenas really don't know where they started out. And in my opinion, arena is the mark for WoW PvP's decline. Because that's when PvP stopped being fun and playful.
bg will be the root of pvp, always.

@@solitarypop2225 i will, even commented on the video, im so disappointed in this community sometime, specially when it comes to content creators, i used to look up to pvpers and channels back in the day, and today i don't, because they are all lame, trendplaying w/e blizzard release tjust for the extra 2 views, often contradict theymself, and often leave me with a bad taste
aka why i stopped consuming wow pvp content on youtube for the most part

I honestly think that bg's takes more skill when playing rated, so many more variables meaning the reaction times have to be on point or your screwed. Very different versing 10+ people all with cd's ticking rather than just having your addons tell you about 3
The arent many more variables, honestly its the same variables as 3s but more people. You need a comp that can burst and chain CC whitotu overlapping DRs, voila free 2k in rated bg. The only outliers be flag carriers.
battlegrounds has more environment to play with, which I love it so much!
I mean, it is truth. You jsut use random bgs and wpvp to goof around and there is no problem with that. If you want anything more related to skill you have to limit a bunch of exploits, glinchs and gadgets such as the rocket toys and eng stuff in BGs. Anyway solo rated bgs coming up next season is gonna be interesting.

Bajheera is so full of himself now, hes a average warrior who rode the coat tails of klinda and swifty and got carried to rank 1 by players who were vastly more skilled then him its the reason he brings up the past and dosnt push rank 1 anymore people refuse to carry him.

Agreed, ive been playing as well for 16 years multi glad yet i never forget my humble beginnings when i was 1 shotted 24/7 as a tauren hunter and getting kicked from all raids, now im a Hero of the Horde but an old fart with kids, love your videos and thank you for standing up for the people who still love bg's, solitarypop is the pewdiepie of wow ❤ keep em comin tiger!

Bajheera is right though, there's some outplays in BGs but most of the time you're playing against fresh max level characters just honor farming lol. There's hardly any exchange

Idk why yall getting salty at him. clearly someone in his chat was bitching at him doing really well in bgs. So naturally he told them his other very more impressive pvp achievements (rank 1 titles). @@stoneblood9864 nah i get that, i get those comments alot, but its so often that you hear arena players shitting on bgs its just something that im tired of, because bg players don't specifically go up to arena players and do the same.. ofc he was tilted by the constant nagging of people who want to push content they like on you
i get asked at least 2-3 times a day to play arena
1-2 times to play rated bg (like i don't, or i don't want to.. its just lfg takes so long that i would play 3 bgs maybe in a day instead of 20... i want my 20 bgs)
so i understand when this happens and i get him, but it still kinda bothers me that most arena players don't know what high end bgs look like when in a 10v10 at least 10/15 players know eachother, the bgs become harder than rated bgs at 2.1 to play...
@@AlunethMaster i mean ya there are some annoying arena players for sure. i like battlegrounds just as much as the next guy but i also push high rated arenas and ya its not even a close comparison. High rated arenas is by far the hardest and most impressive thing you can do in wow. It’s not even a competition. battleground is significantly easier even at the high end of it.
I kinda disagree, but most bgs are easy, in eu when it gets tough we have some hard bgs where if u put r1 and blizzcon players they eould see a game they havent seen before

I am sorry but I think it takes more skill to be an elite player in BG's because these arena players are safe guarded by the fact they have all played forever and always have a list of pro's to play with, not saying they get carried but what about the skilled players that can't find good teammates. He was a tosser for that comment, it's because when he bg's he has a pocket healer follow him everywhere so someone commented and he got heated
One of my favourite memories was during BFA. I was on my blood elf disc priest in Eye of the Storm. I saw Bah and his squad charge the centre flag so I ran through my team and used Shining Force [priest knockback] and blasted them all off the flag.
He then tells his stream to focus me all game. Fair enough but let’s just say… of course it gets dull just winning all the time. Never at risk of dying because you’re flanked with half a dozen people who queued specifically to ensure your success.
That’s why, when seeing a challenging 1v1 in world PvP or even in a bg, you gotta respect it. Dogpiling ends the fight faster, but the glory is in that 1v1 !
random bg is full of random encounters, and that's where the whole fun comes from!

Nope, arenas are boring af. Bgs you can atleast challenge yourself by taking on 3 or 4 people by yourself and seeing if you can come out on top.
It depends if your trying to climb or not. A lot more to it than bgs. But both are very fun imo!
Arena is sweaty death match - and battlegrounds are more objective-oriented games. They are somewhat different - and these are not my words they are actually from blizzard directors xD
Haha that is very true. I think what makes bgs easier is if you can’t kill your target you can always run and regroup. But in arena that is a lot harder to do. But both are fun!!!
