@llbean I have one of those llbean waterproof bookbags/packs from the 90s and the inner silicone/waxy waterproof material has become discolored. I thought I might need to use a soft brush and some detergent or maybe soak it for a bit. What do you recommend for that? It hasn't become very clean from being in the washing machine, and I don't want to damage it. Is the waterproofing material permanently stained now?? Thanks 😊

We recommend spot clean only on our Boat & Tote bags. For a tough stain, using a toothbrush and some mild detergent (like dishwashing liquid) works really well. Line dry only away from heat.
@@llbean You really should be selling these in store. I specifically bought your backpacks because they were machine washable. I would have gladly purchased the garmet bag from you to wash the bag, at the time of purchase.
I would suggest, drying the backpack inside the dryer. Hang the backpack along side the dryer door with the strap outside the door. Just like the shoe drying method with laces suspending the shoes on the dryer door.

Hi Pheara - commercial washers tend to have higher speed spin cycles which could damage the backpack. ^kw
After I've washed my backpack I've always hung it up on a cloths hanger and let dry overnight
