Nothing shocks me any longer with LeBron. I believe he will play another 4 years. The two players that could have taken over were Ja Morant and Zion Williams. However, we see the dumpster fire they've been. The NBA/media seems to not want to push the international players such as Giannas or Jokvic. So the NBA continue to lean on LeBron. The Celtics, Clippers,Bucks, 76ers, Thunder, Wolves, and Nuggets are some of the best team in the game and we keep hearing about Lakers who bounce around .500!

All-star games in general have become so. The MLS All-Star Game has been an overblown bore-fest since 2005. The NHL All-Star Game is a 3-on-3 shit show. The NFL Pro-Bowl is so insignificant that it barely bears mentioning. The NBA All-Star Game is a glorified dick-swinging contest. The only ASG that I can conceive of deriving any enjoyment from is the MLB All-Star Game. That still seems to at least know its place.

I see that a lot of people are going to say the All Star game is just fan popularity. No. It’s 50% of it as this video points out. So, a few points: the fact that fans like this embarrassing excuse for an adult, much less a basketball player is really bad. 2. If players and media are voting this way you know something is really out of whack.

I think they are scared by how powerful Lebron and Klutch are. KD gave his top 5 all time list, and Lebron wasn't even on it. I think a lot of the older players who actually know basketball see Lebron for the fraud that he is, but just try to play nice because they don't want the drama. In fact, they probably know about even MORE shit that Lebron and Klutch do behind the scenes that disgust them... things us fans will never know. Idk how people still watch the modern NBA. I grew up watching the Bulls, Knicks, and Pacers beat each other silly in the eastern conference playoffs until Michael broke our hearts and went to play the Jazz or Rockets out West. Compare those teams to what we see now and it’s like a totally different game. Lebron would never have gotten out of the East back then just like Pat Ewing and Reggie Miller.

I’m a 60 year young woman. I gotta say, I only started watching NBA in 2019 when the Curry brothers played against each other in the Eastern/Western Conference. I really got caught up in all the hype and watched the following games since. I even started watching the draft. Well, not so much anymore. I didn’t watch most of last season and haven’t watched all of this season so far. I’ve watched highlights of some games and lately this channel. I’m so done with “the game”. Btw, It wasn’t that long ago when AD’s nickname was “glass”. I guess lj told him to step up his game if he plans on running that team upon lj’s retirement. Btw, has lj announced his retirement 😂😂😂. Most of my aggravation comes from that one man.

I just keep thinking how LeBron ruined the career perspectives of Kevin Love and Ilgauskas, who were ridiculed by fans and media for holding LeBron back from winning a championship with the Cavs. Which never made sense to me because they were both great players, and everyone trashed them in order to elevate LeBron.

As long as videos like this exist as the historical counter narrative I don’t mind seeing LeBron’s fake legacy continuing. Although I did wanna say, your analysis of the impact Lefraud has had on the game is spot on. I have a hard time enough watching the sixers live ( I record it to FF thru stoppages). The amount of dead time is a real pain . Sometimes they cut back only to go right back to a commercial, cannot imagine being in the arena watching and having had to pay those stupid prices.

The NBA today is truly a joke...most players are only interested in how much money they can get and personal stats...most of them are not true men just spoiled little boys with lots of money...they have no passion for the game..as far as the actual game its just hoist up as many 3 's as possible whether its a good shot or bad..every game is the same shoot 3 pointers the whole game...very boring...i stopped watching years ago
All-star weekend in the 90s as a kid was a real treat. Centers posting up and doing their thing then getting back on defence with 5 strides to block a shot only to run back down court for the alley-oop. 3pt land today.
All the East players voted for him so they know they can have some highlights if one guys never plays D.😂
The nba media must have to vote for lebron everyday. Doesn't matter tho. Since lebron is in the all star game just means I won't be watching it again this year.
