I don’t get how Luka or Jokic isn’t the captain, lebron doesnt deserve some of his backend accolades like you mentioned. AD can’t escape the criticism in LA, but lebron can’t escape the hype in LA or really anywhere.
All-star weekend in the 90s as a kid was a real treat. Centers posting up and doing their thing then getting back on defence with 5 strides to block a shot only to run back down court for the alley-oop. 3pt land today.
I just keep thinking how LeBron ruined the career perspectives of Kevin Love and Ilgauskas, who were ridiculed by fans and media for holding LeBron back from winning a championship with the Cavs. Which never made sense to me because they were both great players, and everyone trashed them in order to elevate LeBron.
I’m a 60 year young woman. I gotta say, I only started watching NBA in 2019 when the Curry brothers played against each other in the Eastern/Western Conference. I really got caught up in all the hype and watched the following games since. I even started watching the draft. Well, not so much anymore. I didn’t watch most of last season and haven’t watched all of this season so far. I’ve watched highlights of some games and lately this channel. I’m so done with “the game”. Btw, It wasn’t that long ago when AD’s nickname was “glass”. I guess lj told him to step up his game if he plans on running that team upon lj’s retirement. Btw, has lj announced his retirement 😂😂😂. Most of my aggravation comes from that one man.
As long as videos like this exist as the historical counter narrative I don’t mind seeing LeBron’s fake legacy continuing. The fans will remember the game as it was, not as the league wanted it to be. The longer LeBron sticks around the more he’ll be diminished by the fans, and frankly the league doesn’t exist without the real fans. Casuals won’t get it anyway.
He does so many things on the court that are embarassing. I argued against those making a case for Kobe as new goat. but never did I say Kobe did something embarassing.
The all-star game is a waste of time energy and money. Imagine what a bummer it would be as a player of a contending team getting a season ending injury(probably from LeBron making a dirty play lol)in the most meaningless and pointless game of the season.
Have you Guys Noticed! LeJoke has NEVER EVER!! defended any of his teammates from the Criticism that they receive on his behalf? But they say he’s a team player??? Like How! I’ve never heard him Ever Come Out & Defend his Teammates Or Ever Put any Blame on Himself, Ever!!!!
What is hilarious is that Joker is ranked #1 by players and media, people who really know the game, and #2 by the fans. LeBron is ranked #1 by the fans and #2 by players and media, and somehow this equates with a tie.
Laimbeer was another guy that was famous for the whining. But the frequency in which LeBron does it amazes even me. Its at least 5 times a game he leaves his team hanging to complain about calls and then will do the same when he turns the ball over. The logo on his shoes should literally be 🤷
I can't be mad if the players who snubbed him are SGA and Luka, but it shows the double standard for LeBum who is only there for tradition and marketing reasons
I don't understand why they still vote by position when every team plays positioonless basketball now. Also the fans want to see the best and most exciting players in the all-star game. At the same time LeBron is very popular even though he is not the best or exciting.
i saw that he was on the all star team during the denver game just now and it’s just crazy how much fans and the league and the media have given this guy and he STILL complains all the time
LeBron isn't a current top ten player. Career wise sure, but at their current performance, LeBron is below a lot of people. Definitely below Stephen Curry.
Hey AOH i recently found your vid’s on LeBron, flopping and the NBA as a whole and I gotta say it really opened my eyes on inflated stat lines etc. Haven’t watched NBA since 2016 ish so your recaps of recent games is a lovely way to condense what I consider a boring era. I wondered if you’ve ever seen a video done by Dangerproductions on the GOAT debate (MJ vs LeBron) and if you’d consider giving a take on it. It’s from 2020 IIRC. Anyway great work👌
OP, you need to hear this. Jordan was voted an all star for both his years as a Wizard. Did you, or anyone else on the planet, protest? Lebron is twice that guy and it's not even close. Don't you find it funny how we all, including myself, find reason in how we judge? The more Lebron impedes on Jordan's legacy, which he will not touch, the more people get defensive. Stop worrying about Michael's legacy and just enjoy a "different" legacy. Lebron is like nothing we've ever seen, ever. He's not the GOAT, but he's close........and that's ok.
Upon final voting lebron was 20th in ppg, 14th in efficiency & has the 4th most turnovers among all star voting. How tf is he voted a starter AND a captain? AD,steph & ant man all have better #s and weren’t even starters. Guys like kawhi,PG,Booker all have better shooting % & efficiency but are all over looked.
You should do a reaction to lebron passing Kobe on the all time scoring list post match interview. Came out hours before the tragedy, but he basically lists his flaws while praising Kobe. I can see an AOH video there
With a quick Google search, the word goat in basket ball was a derisive term for a player responsible for a team's loss. Maybe we should bring that back.
AD is clearly better than Lebron offensively and defensively and I'm sure he knows that so why doesnt he expose all the nonsense? He's literally hurting his carear image and pockets playing w Lebron but i guess it's part of the script?
Paul Pierce's jealousy and envy of Lebron is still echoing through the centuries. To him that's meaningless but the million NBA fans that's meaningful. Paul Pierce still cannot forgive when Lebron made a vicious dunk on him and when Celtics faced its worst defeat because of Lebron.
Players putting up 60+ points almost every single night now. You know what’s more exciting than people playing zero defense? An All Star game where people play EVEN LESS defense. Get the popcorn out and get ready to watch people chuck up half court shots for 2 hours!
James was a much better player when he was younger, but he always struck me as not a team player. It seemed to me he was always playing for stats, or more accurately playing for his brand. It's no wonder the NBA like him so much since these days they are all about their brand, and could care less about the game, or the quality of product they deliver to fans. They lost me as a fan a decade ago - I went form attending at least a half dozen games/year, watching a couple dozen on TV, and all the playoff games I could to not watching a single game for the last decade.
Me too. He was a beast for a period when first with the Cavs. That 28 straight against the Pistons was awesome. Then he got shook when the Spurs swept them and bailed to Miami. Kids today don't realize what a bitch move that way. Then he just plummeted against the Mavs and any chance of him ever being on MJ's level was done. That ship sailed long ago. But ESPN and the NBA have worked overtime to basically cover all of that up.
@@AngryOldHoops man when I saw the stat line I already knew it was some shenanigans. Almost 50fts to 16 and then key warrior players in foul trouble. No Lakers players had over 4 fouls somehow lol.
Ha!! Finally able to comment !! Great stuff, Lefraud has been a con since he entered the league. I never once detected some humility,. Its as though he really believes he is the " chosen ' one . Not sure if he breaks my top ten, or 20. Has had 21 yrs to improve his game, and he never did that. L.A. fans are fed up, and he just keeps his ridiculous passion play on the court . I thought I was the only one who is sick of his faces. Another Danny Ainge. I had to watch 5 yrs of Ben Simmons and knew after the beginning of his 2nd season he was a dud. Can you imagine not believing you need to shoot the ball, dammit !! Although I did wanna say, your analysis of the impact Lefraud has had on the game is spot on. I have a hard time enough watching the sixers live ( I record it to FF thru stoppages). The amount of dead time is a real pain . Sometimes they cut back only to go right back to a commercial, cannot imagine being in the arena watching and having had to pay those stupid prices. Well anyway hi, just wanted to say good work and keep it up. P.S.: Oh, Joel Embid does go looking for the ticky tac fouls on that swinging the ball back and forth thing, except some of the players cannot help themselves , ( esp Gordo of Denver lol ) and foul him anyway. He is not "flopping " anymore, he doesn't need to now. I venture to say he is the best pure shooter in the league. He is always square, and hits only the bottom of the net. The kind that hardly makes any sound, so lighten up on my main man!!!
We don't know player contracts. If you follow football (soccer), you heard what Cristiano Ronaldo ex teammate said. He said that they had a clause in contract that they must say that Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Lionel Messi. It wouldn't be unbelievable to me that all players have that clause for Lebum
@@AngryOldHoops Just type James Rodriguez on contract clause about Cristiano Ronaldo. It wouldn't be impossible for me if there is a clause for players to let Lebum score without any defensive pressure. I'm following his entire career, they remove his turnovers and missed fg attempts.
Wow, you really are angry. But, you make the case. I watch the Celts closely and I pay attention to the rest of the league as measured against my home team. I didn't realize just how bad the Lebron worship has become in the face of such damning stats. The constant 'Lebron passes an all-time milestone' is becoming strained and you have pulled away the curtain. I have Lebron just inside the all-time top ten circle...but not the goat.
Can't see how it is questionable. Wemby has basically double of Chet stats per minute played. In a all star game Wemby is by far the obvious choice. Wemby is even a all star starter when it comes to stats per minutes.
@@Ilestun I imagine this is actually why people have put this over on Chet, whom btw has had way better games than Wemby in general. This is another problem with the NBA and fans like yourself. You're giving Wemby extra credit for something that's nothing more than a guesstimate. "Well he plays less minutes, so it means more", no the fuck it doesn't.
@@WutTheDeuceGaming I don't understand your take here. You know that even without taking minutes played into account, Wemby still has crazy number, better than LeBron's rookie season, bigger than Doncic rookie season, better than Duncan's rookie season and of course bigger than Chet's current season ? Cher is 17/7/3, Wemby is 20/8/3 with less minutes. Even without taking into account minutes played, Wemby is still above. Also all star is individual reward, team achievements is irrelevant here.
This video takes the (100% valid) criticism of James to another level. Few people can point out so many of his constant mistakes in a game that his team won in spite of them.
What kills me more than anything is when he's on the bench in the 4th during a close game. Say he's down 10, IMO a competitor should be going hard to get ahead not throwing in the towel early. I guess some games count more than others or he's doing "rest management". What ever it is he's not my GOAT, not now not EVER!
Players are fine sacrificing themselves to make him starter, because he is seen as their black panther figure. He is leading the struggle for brothas or some shit.

I don’t think he ruined Kevin Love’s career. If anything, he boosted it by helping him win a title.
@@into_play3226 i don't know, he basically turned kevin love into a glorified role player, from being an mvp candidate before joining cleveland.
@@laz0ramaKevin love was never an mvp candidate, he was just a good player putting up numbers on a bad team.
Once Bron retires we are going to hear so many stories
The question will LB sit out of an easy win has been answered 😂😂😂
ad and curry together would be like the kobe and shaq in this weak ass era
Steph’s best days are behind him, Lebron was still winning championships at Stephs current age.
@@jaydot4956🤣🤣🤣when did Lefraud win another? What date and location??
These videos have me actually considering watching a Lakers game. I couldn't stomach the thought before.🤢
Well, we need about 60 million more views for it to be an effective counter reality.
He does so many things on the court that are embarassing.
I argued against those making a case for Kobe as new goat. but never did I say Kobe did something embarassing.
The WWF turned into the WWE, the NBA has turned into the WWF...what's next?
7:06 - That sequence was shameful, and it happens all the time...
LeBron should definitely be a starter in the all star game because his game is perfectly tailored for all star games.
Yes no defense and stat padding

I’m a new subscriber and I love it here this is the only real sports breakdown show✊🏽💯
LBJ doesn't deserve to be an all star. He ain't even the best player in a team below the 8th spot
I always thought Danny Ainge back in the mid 80s was bad for crying for fouls all the time but that has nothing on these examples.
Laimbeer was another guy that was famous for the whining. But the frequency in which LeBron does it amazes even me. Its at least 5 times a game he leaves his team hanging to complain about calls and then will do the same when he turns the ball over. The logo on his shoes should literally be 🤷
I will never believe the fans voted lbj number 1
How do Jokic and Lebron have the same weighted score if their sums are 4 and 5 respectably?
Fan voting is 50% while the other 2 are 25% each.
Curry changed the way we play basketball. I was pretty disappointed to see him snubbed.
It's more that the guard spot is way too loaded. The players he lost to actually got legs to stand on.
People shoot three like him, but nobody is playing basketball like him.
Never see guys run off ball to get looks like he does
I can't be mad if the players who snubbed him are SGA and Luka, but it shows the double standard for LeBum who is only there for tradition and marketing reasons
No he didn't. Just stop
I don't understand why they still vote by position when every team plays positioonless basketball now. Also the fans want to see the best and most exciting players in the all-star game. At the same time LeBron is very popular even though he is not the best or exciting.
7:47 I agree with this statement
They seriously need to have the All Star game as US vs the World
i saw that he was on the all star team during the denver game just now and it’s just crazy how much fans and the league and the media have given this guy
and he STILL complains all the time
Can't speak out on LeBron without facing backlash and any active player who dares speak out on him knows the media will eat him alive
So this is basically a breakdown of the Bulls Lakers game Thursday mixed into All Star analysis!? Awesome
NBA hasn't been watchable since like 2015 IMO
I'm more confused about why is Lebron having a meltdown at the end of the game.
LeBron isn't a current top ten player. Career wise sure, but at their current performance, LeBron is below a lot of people. Definitely below Stephen Curry.
The all star game was the game to watch back in the 90s 00s era when players actually played to win
Anyway great work👌
I have a weird feeling they are gonna find away to give lebron all nba this season
MJ played every fuckin game in his final season lol 39 years old and averaged 20 5 5 in 82 games on a terrible team
And with one leg, during the dead ball era too. Healthy 39 year old MJ today is averaging 30+
I can see an AOH video there
Voting is fixed just like the games. The coaches know it that why they are attacking the refs
With a quick Google search, the word goat in basket ball was a derisive term for a player responsible for a team's loss. Maybe we should bring that back.
“He looks like a toy that’s breaking down”. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
AD is clearly better than Lebron offensively and defensively and I'm sure he knows that so why doesnt he expose all the nonsense? He's literally hurting his carear image and pockets playing w Lebron but i guess it's part of the script?
he's not complaining, he's playing to the mob like a right wing dictator
I'd rather watch a wnba preseason game rather than the all star game. Nice video
The NBA players voted for him... and tabulating those totals is the best LeBron fan of all time, Adam Silver. 🏆
I miss Kobe so much, RIP
Paul Pierce's jealousy and envy of Lebron is still echoing through the centuries.
To him that's meaningless but the million NBA fans that's meaningful.
Paul Pierce still cannot forgive when Lebron made a vicious dunk on him and when Celtics faced its worst defeat because of Lebron.
Trade LeBron for Steph. The Lakers would be a contender.
trade lebum for anyone else and the Lakers would be a contender immediately
Could u imagine Curry creating a double team and then finding AD with a perfect set up? Steph unlike Leroid would know how to make his teamates better
OMG😱 lakers would literally be destroying everyone every game.
Dude you have to break down this lakers GSW game. Rigged
I can't. Watching it live once was too much
@@AngryOldHoops man when I saw the stat line I already knew it was some shenanigans.
7:27 I've seen that pose of LeBron's in the UFC( Usman vs Chimaev)
Lebron is in every all star game what happened to the ankle
All star is just a popularity contest by the fans. It means very little. Every year there a are players talked about that didn't make it.
Dude finished 2nd in player and media too. Thts worse
Largely, but not only.
We don't know player contracts. If you follow football (soccer), you heard what Cristiano Ronaldo ex teammate said. He said that they had a clause in contract that they must say that Cristiano Ronaldo is better than Lionel Messi. It wouldn't be unbelievable to me that all players have that clause for Lebum
oh wow
The NBA is entertainment first and foremost. That explains all your correct takes regarding LB.
Can you do a comparison of the fouls on Steph and LeBron in the 20126 finals?
Undeserved.
Love watching these laker home games. Classic hollywood blockbuster everytime grantee🤣
Give leclown a break. He does lead the League in whining and flopping!!
Wemby over Chet is questionable too. Also, Jokic’s weighted should have been 1.5 at the highest. More like 1.3 and they have him tied with LeFraud.
This channel is quiet today I'm guessing he won't make a video out of yesterday's game, I wonder why🤔
I'd probably gloat about a 1 point win with a 43 to 11 free throw disparity too if my favorite team sucked
This video takes the (100% valid) criticism of James to another level. Few people can point out so many of his constant mistakes in a game that his team won in spite of them.
Kareem made an allstar avg 10ppg
And then Bron played in the regular season game of the year😂😂😂 Im a Laker fan not a Bron stan but damn perfectly timed performance 😂😂
Lakers vs Golden State Saturday night....Lakers 43 free throws....Golden State 11....Lakers win by 1 point...LMFAO....The NBA has no shame...
That was like watching the 2016 finals again condensed to one game.
I find it interesting that the player score is always the same as the media score.
All the East players voted for him so they know they can have some highlights if one guys never plays D.😂
What kills me more than anything is when he's on the bench in the 4th during a close game. Say he's down 10, IMO a competitor should be going hard to get ahead not throwing in the towel early. I guess some games count more than others or he's doing "rest management". What ever it is he's not my GOAT, not now not EVER!
i think perk said it best.. the longer he continues to play the more he tarnishes his legacy.
I love this. I know bron sees this
He watches every day and pulls out the remaining little hair he has
@@chickhearn4ever779 😩😁
Players are fine sacrificing themselves to make him starter, because he is seen as their black panther figure. He is leading the struggle for brothas or some shit.
6:45. a trading card set with him crying would be A+
The NBA treats us like were 10 year olds and thats why the viewership has declined year after year... Sad thing is alot of adults who watch the NBA have the mentality of 10 year olds...
